Excellent - Bailey was wonderful! Very patient and informative. He took us to good areas and acted as our bodyguard. He deserves a raise.

Awesome Driver - Our driver was awesome, he was very kind, polite and most importantly made sure we were safe. He considered our safety that was the most memorable experience.

Great excursion for souvenir shopping - Bailey our driver was fantastic. Right on time, great conversation on the way to the hip street. Got us to a store with great souvenirs and Starbucks so we could get Jamaica mugs. The store he took us to gave us half off the prices so it was a good deal!

Awesome Day! - This provider is awesome. Unbeknownst to us, the two excursions we booked for this day were both through them so rather than have to come back to hotel in between as we thought we would, they combined them together and we stayed with same guide whole time. Bailey was our guide and he was super fun! He made sure we saw everything we wanted, learned a bunch about Jamaica, and kept us entertained.

Must do - It was a great experience. Our driver Mr. Bailey went above and beyond. He was knowledgeable and kind and didn’t mind going out his way

Skip the “personal shopping” tours! - The “personalized shopping trip” started off ok. We got picked up on time from our hotel, and the driver was very nice. We told him we wanted to go to nice shopping in Montego Bay. Stuff like the hip strip and the “luxury shopping” (name of the center) area. He told us he would take us to an area where we wouldn’t get hassled and that had the best prices. He took us to three small stores that he obviously has deals with to bring people to. They seemed to even be owned by the same people. He even took us back to one to pick up his cut of the money we spent. When we asked to go to other areas he said they weren’t good for tourists but as we drove by those places we saw nothing but tourists. I think the best way to get some shopping done is to find an excursion that throws in a bit of shopping time mixed in with another activity.

Skip this one - Eh. I’d skip this experience. We were excited to explore local shops and grab some authentic Jamaican food. Unfortunately our driver funneled us into 2 shops in which he “recommended” but it was clear he had a deal set up. He then took us to a restaurant. After this he was ready to take us back to the hotel. We asked to make more stops however he told us he had to get to the airport to pick up another family (despite it still being within our 2-3 hour appointment time). The driver did not provide any conversation or commentary, just music. Honestly we could have taken Uber and got a better experience. I did give 2 stars because they were on-time for pick-up and the car was clean.

Definitely not worth the... - Definitely not worth the price. Really just paid for the taxi service there and back. Tour guide just sat and talked on his phone while we shopped at a few stores.

Ripped off and scammed - This guy picked my mom and I up dropped us off at a store on hipstrip told us to come back to that store to call him when we were ready tried to get us to buy stuff from that store I told him I thought he would be with us he said he had other customers to go get and he would come back and find us it poured down raining on us when we got back to the store to call him he was sitting there relaxed dry while we were stressed I felt ripped off and scammed just pay for a taxi way cheaper for same service waste of money and time first time in that country I told him no tip and I was leaving a review he kept saying you don't have to leave a review I said oh yes I do he said you going to leave bad review I told him I'm going to leave the truth and when I try to contact TripAdvisor no response so please don't get ripped off like me and my mom did very disappointed.

Terrible - So not waste your time or money. You get dropped off in the ghetto part of Jamaica and are haggled for two hours
