A memorable birthday experience - A memorable birthday experience! The staff were professional. However, they should communicate pick up time better, and that shopping would be involved beforehand. The activities onboard were amazing!

LIT - I️ went on this cruise solo, it was the best decision I’ve made all vacation. The crew was a vibe, music A1, food was good and the Drinks? HITTTTING! The crew was live turnt and respectful. Snorkeling was a dope experience but was definitely a PARTY cruise.

Not for us - If you don’t take Margaritaville option, you sit on the boat in the blazing sun while waiting on everyone who did choose it.
Definitely need to be able to deal with lots of waiting. The boat trip is not 3 hours if you don’t count waiting 40 minutes to board. The personnel are awesome. I think if you’re looking to party at 10:00 am this may be the trip for you. The sail “is broken” so plan on motoring.

Excited for the Experience BUTTTTT.... - My partner and I were excited for this excursion being it was his first time in Jamaica. I was excited as well, as I have had previous wonderful experiences with this particular company. I am only rating 3 stars for the potential. Unfortunately, we did not get to experience the catamaran. It was cancelled due to weather, which I absolutely understand and is no problem of the tour operators. My problem is with lack of communication regarding hotel pick up and cancellation. We were told at booking to meet at the RIU Reggae by 9:45am. We walked the 5 mins to the RIU Reggae at 9:22am, but were not allowed to enter the premises. According to RIU Reggae, RIU Montego Bay guests are NOT allowed on their property and we needed to be picked up at our specific lobby. (please do not suggest RIU Reggae as common pick up location for RIU hotel guests) I communicated this with Viator and the catamaran tour operator at 9:25am. I did not receive a response until 9:40 and it was to tell us it was cancelled. I am sure the tour operators were well aware the excursion was not going to happen prior to 5 min before our pick up. The lack of communication and nonchalant responses were such a turn off. I had to jump through hoops to get my refund as well. Previous experiences have always been 10/10, but this time it a no go. Please do better about communicating with consumers.

False advertisement - The company didn’t honor our ticket so we paid and didn’t get to go and I’m still waiting to hear back for a refund. The company allowed us to book and then sent an email an hour before pick up stating that the reservation would not be honored. The numbers listed for the refund would not answer and no one has responded to my refund request.
