At night, Rose Hall is not for the faint of heart! Experience the Rose Hall Plantation’s dramatic past as you venture into the world of the White Witch, as she roams this Eighteenth Century sugar plantation seeking the love and fortune that first lured her here. But be warned, legend upholds that no one who crossed her survived to tell the tale!! This promises to be the encounter of a lifetime.

- Operating Time: 6:30pm to 9:00pm
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Not recommended for children under 10 years old
- Comfortable shoes recommended
- All tours are weather permitting
- No photos or videos allowed in the house

All tours start by the Rose Hall Great House Gift Shop which is located to the left of the Great House. When you enter the Rose Hall Great House gate, follow the short stretch of road, turn left at the end, follow the road to our gift shop and general parking lot.

Haunted History at its best! - I’ve been on quite a few haunted tours and this one by far has been one of the best. Shanice was a wonderful storyteller and did a great job of keeping us entertained and engaged. Please note that the tour has haunting re-enactments so if you are easily spooked the daytime tour might be a better option.

Don't look at them in their eyes - Shanice was a great tour guide. We were the first tour of the evening, so luckily there was still some daylight. However, I was still spooked. It was a fun, interactive experience. Learning about the history of the house and the wicked witch. If you like scary stories, haunted houses, and get startled easily it will be a great experience for you. We are glad that we got to experience it.

Loved Rose Hall night tour - We did the night tour which was amazing. If you enjoy history and like a little spooky I would definitely recommend this tour. George was there to welcome us with good conversation and singing. Our guide was Sophia and she was the best!!!!!

Great Fun - Wow! You’re definitely in for a fright should you be brave enough to enter The Great House! The tour guide was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable of Annie Palmer and the dark past of the house. Definitely worth a visit! :)

Hilarious and scary all rolled into one - We had a brilliant night at Rose Hall. Was not what we expected but SO glad we did it! Sophia our tour guide was amazing and kept us on edge!! Not for the faint hearted 🤣 I'd advise wearing trainers and taking a fan and a bottle of water, you can thank me later!!

Good night had a giggle - We booked threw tui .we went into shop first to get wrist bands .we waited outside for our guide Sophia ,whilst a man played a drum .the place was lit up beautiful the house was in red. You had a no obligation to buy photo took in front of house but photographer stood at bottom of steps and was not the best place.no one in our group had a photo as angle taken was poor (you see photos at end of tour) inside the house was a great experience the staff did amazing to make you scared .was a very heavy feeling in annie palmers bedroom .sophia did an amazing job.i wish we could of spent more time at the grave tho we were there minutes . You cant take your own photos at the house

History and haunting - This was not what I expected, but was a good time nonetheless. I thought we were going on a tour of a house that’s haunted, which is my understanding of what happens on the day tours. The night tour is more like a ‘haunted house’ which takes place inside a house that’s haunted. Sofia was an awesome tour guide who was informative, fun, and accommodating including putting up with our group of screaming grown men.

Very fun and historic - Took my kid and it was a little cheesy but the tour itself had some good tidbits of actual history. It does give you a glimpse of the past. It has a few corny bits here and there but it made it fun. Easily worth the price of admission. Definitely see why it was a favorite

Entertaining and educational! - Ricky was great! The scariest part of the tour were the stories about the treatment of slaves. My teenage boys were entertained and even learned a few things.
