An amazing night in Jamaica! - This was a great all around experience. There were 3 parts of this experience: Rose Hall Great House Night Tour: The property is truly "Great". It is huge and beautiful. The night tour was not exactly what we were expecting, but was still a great time. While the guide walks you through the house, the cast will jump out to startle you, kind of like those haunted houses that popup around Halloween. Although not quite what we were expecting, it was still very entertaining. Luminous Lagoon: Swimming in the waters of the Luminous Lagoon was truly magical. It's unbelievable how brightly the water lights up with every move you make. It's difficult to capture the full effect on camera because of how dark it is. It's either adjust your camera so you can make out your faces but not see the glowing water as well, or adjust the camera to see the water, but then you look very dark. Either way, it is a magical experience that shouldn't be missed. Transportation: The vehicle that was originally set to pick us up had some mechanical issues. On top of that, we had changed the hotel we were staying at after I had made the booking, and although I updated the pickup point on Viator, the address of our new hotel had not been conveyed to the transportation company. So not only were there mechanical issues, they were going to the wrong hotel. Nevertheless, here come Jermaine and Henry @Reddie Transfers and Tours to the rescue! They called me and found out what hotel were were at and said they'd be there ASAP. A short time later they arrived to pick us up and headed straight to the Rose Hall Great House. We never felt pressured or rushed, but they did let us know that since we got a late start, we needed to head to the Lagoon as soon as we were ready to move on from the Rose Hall Great House. Once we left there, Henry called the staff at the Luminous Lagoon to let them know we were on our way and to hold a boat for us. Once we got there, sure enough, the final boat of the night was waiting for us so we could experience the magical Luminous Lagoon. Absolutely amazing service! Viator is a great platform to find some amazing experiences such as this one, but it's the locals who actually do the transporting and conduct the tours that create the memories that last a lifetime. Jermaine and Henry @Reddie Transfers and Tours, and the staff at the Rose Hall Great House and the Luminous Lagoon made this an unforgettable experience!

5 star experience with Darein - Cannot recommend this trip highly enough. Had the most amazing tour guide Darein, not only was he knowledgeable, he was fun and allowed us to truly enjoy the experience without any sense of being rushed. He is a fantastic guide, providing us with extensive information about both the tour and local history. The trip was fun and a perfect blend of two amazing activities. Both Darein and the tour experience have made us want to book the next one. 5 star experience and we will be back!

Fantastic evening excursions - Our driver Darein was great! He gave us lots of local information, stayed close at the excursions and made us feel safe from pick-up until drop-off. The excursions were fantastic and we took lots of pictures.

Great private tour with Darian! - Excellent trip and well worth it! Darian was great and went above and beyond with the tour and rides. Had Ricky for our guide at the Rose Hall night tour. Also a great tour guide and they made it entertaining with some good scares! Luminous tour is also something everybody should experience!

A fantastic combination & great tour company - This customised excursion is amazing. Our driver Nick picked us up on time at our hotel. Although we visited Rose Hall and the Luminous Lagoon we also visited other areas of interest on route upon request. Nick was very passionate about Jamaica, it’s history and making his guests happy. He gave us lots of information about the country. He is a very nice and interesting person. A pure gentleman! The tour package itself was a perfect combination. The night tour at Rose Hall was brilliant. In fact it exceeded our expectations. We were spooked out and jumped lots! The darkness fell whilst on this tour which added to the experience! The luminous lagoon was beautiful. We felt very lucky to have visited this place. It’s a very unique experience! All in all a great trip and massive thanks to Nick for making it so perfect! We can’t recommend him and the tour company enough.

Unique - Both the Rose Hall and Lagoon were really dope, and really unique things to do. Nick was great to tak to and did a good job getting us to where we needed to be.

Way Better Than Expected!!! - First off we were a little skeptical our group and I since we booked this activity without knowing how to get there. When we spoke to our rep. she assured us we were getting picked up for at our hotel which was already a huge bonus. What totally made this experience stand out more was our driver Niko. He was a very professional about everything and super friendly. At first we all figured we'd just get in a van and get dropped off not meet a friend. He was very knowledgeable of his country which was amazing. He made pit stops for pictures which he didn't really have to but he did it anyways. My favorite part of this whole excursion even though every thing was an amazing experience was conversation on the long drive with Niko and getting to know the country and him. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for transportation in Jamaica. P.S Did I mention he's a great photographer!!!!
