All tours start by the Rose Hall Great House Gift Shop which is located to the left of the Great House. When you enter the Rose Hall Great House gate, follow the short stretch of road, turn left at the end, follow the road to our gift shop and general parking lot.

It's a Fright! - If you like getting scared or seeing other people, get scared this is the tour for you. Learn about the history of this plantation home and it's previous owner and why it's the scariest place in Montego Bay. Our guide Sophia was phenomenal.

Rose Hall, great tour... - Super fun, informative and genuine tour. Deidre is a legend! Enjoyed the tour in the dark, well restored old house and great staff for the tour- lots of fun, highly recommend.

Absolutely Brilliant evening but don’t take the kids 😂 - Absolutely fantastic, the history of Rose Hall captured perfectly with Sophia the guide with plenty of thrills and spills along the way! The painting who’s eyes follow you is really eerie, I screamed out loud at least 3 times so maybe don’t take the kids 😂

Fun interactive tour - I really enjoyed this fun and interactive tour. It wasn't too scary but I wouldn't recommend it for young kids. Lots of interesting history and the actors made is a memorable experience. Our tour guide Sophia did a fantastic job.

MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! - I don’t know how this isn’t on a TOP 5 LIST of all of Jamaica’s activities. This was one of the highlights of our trip!! A perfect combination of jump scares, spooky storytelling, and historical facts. This was like a Halloween haunted house but REAL. The actors portraying the real life characters were amazing and we were engaged every minute of the tour. BEST TOUR EVER!!! This is a tour for people who think they hate tours. I will definitely come back and do it all over again. That good.

Scary and Exciting Experience - This was amazing! I loved how thorough and informative the tour was while keeping me scared and excited about what was going to pop out. Recommended all of my friends do this when they go to Jamaica!

Poor customer service - Arrived with my family last Wednesday for the 6pm tour. Paid on site for 3 adults, 2 teenagers (same price as for adults) and an 8 year old and a 10 year old. The cashier did not question nor warn us that it might be to scary for the younger ones. I paid for all of us via credit card. Once outside one of the tour guides said that they were too young for the tour so my daughter in law stayed behind with the girls and waited for the rest of us . After the tour I went in to ask for a refund and was told that because I paid via credit card they could not reimburse me. After insisting that I should never had been charged for the 2 younger ones and the adults that stayed behind, the cashier took my information and said that her supervisor would contact me and that it would take a few days to reimburse my account. I am still waiting. Very poor customer service. I should never have been charged in the first place since they were obviously too young
