Cool Runnings Bus Ride to Dunns River - The Bus Ride to Dunns River was hosted by Debbie and J. R. Who in fact, was absolutely amazing! The bus ride going down was very fun and educational at the same time. Debbie did an amazing job telling us about the landmarks we were passing by and sharing a little History about each place…. J.R. Made sure we arrived safe and sound to our desired destinations, even though on the way back, it got a little crazy with some of the passengers because they were a bit intoxicated and was disrespectful to Debbie, J. R. And other passengers. It was a Full ride going down, so Debbie suggested to the passengers to please sit where you were on the way going to Dunns River, coming back as well… Unfortunately, there were a select few of individuals that didn’t want to respectfully comply, so it was a bit chaotic before we could even get people seated so we could head back to the resorts. Eventually, my Soldier voice kicked in and I was able to get everyone settled enough to sit in a seat…. Please understand that None of the chaotic mess that took place was any fault of Debbie and J.R. …. I’m just guessing the heat, alcohol, and age of the folks causing the chaos, played a major factor……Oh and by the way, I also want to mention that the select few of individuals causing that Chaos stated that they were going to write a Bad Review about the bus ride!!!! Which made absolutely No Sense to me, because they were the Culprits!!!!! “ I will end in saying……. Big up to Debbie and J.R. And Big Up to Cool Runnings!!”

Trip of a lifetime - Our experience with Sandra was awesome. Sandra took the time to explain what to expect on every excursion we went on, she even gave us ideas on what to wear. My husband and I did about 3 excursions and we were not disappointed, all thanks to Sandra

She was extremely helpful and patient while we sorted out an issue we had with our bank. My husband booked the half day trip to Dunns River at Riu Montego Bay. We had an amazing time and highly recommend that you book with Sandra!

We had an awesome time!! - Absolutely amazing. We had such an awesome time. Kaprice the rep was very helpful and assisted us, she gave us good advice. The excursion driver- Marlon Brando was very humorous and engaging. He really looked out for us!!

Catamaran, Snorkeling, Dunns River - Was recommended this excursion by Kaprice and it was breathtaking and fun, cool runnings boat was very fun also crew members were accommodating and filled with laughters.

Super - Today we just arrived to the Rolyalton Montego Bay and Samantha from the excursion team went above and behind. Not only , did she present some great packages with absolute great deals ,but was able to customize our own package experience

One crappy Day - Beware of Nexus Tours! We have taken excursions all over the world and have always had a great experience until Nexus Tours in Jamaica. It was my daughter’s birthday so we let her pick and book the event. She was told about an enjoyable and relaxing day where we would enjoy a local lunch on a private beach, then snorkel on a private boat (not private to us, but a relaxing boat ride to snorkel) and finally to Duns River Falls. Sounds like a magical day??? Not even close. The bus ride to the starting point took 2 hours! Would have been nice to know that up front but that fact was never shared. We arrived at 12:40 and were told we had 20 minutes to eat and get on the boat because we were running late so our “relaxing lunch on a private beach” turned to woofing down some rice and chicken while sitting on a dirty wooden picnic table. The we sailed to the snorkeling area…maybe 200 yards from the dock…no kidding The boat was packed. We asked. 130+ guests. When we got to the snorkeling we were told he had 45 minutes. Really??? To get 130+ people equipment, trained, on and off the boat from a single entry point??? That’s 20 seconds per person…impossible! Many of us, including my wife and I, decided it was too rushed and hectic to even try. The balance of the cruise was more in line with what was communicated but by then, we were miserable and could not wait for it to end and be over. There are so many tour operators out there who run quality, customer focused excursions, do your homework before booking
