I will be happy to show you all the process in the factory and and then we will come back to the shop and you will make a piece by your hands!

SPECTACULAR! MUST DO! - BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! My husband and I decided to do this excursion and it is so worth it. WE HAD A BLAST! We were given a tour of the factory and got to meet everyone and learned about every stage of ceramic making. The family is so kind and extremely passionate about their work. The actual ceramic making was so fun and we cannot wait to get our bowls back and the bowl we bought from the gallery. I would definitely make it a point to do this!

Montelupo PoMasywr Pottery Class - Matteo & his family were amazing! Matteo took us on a tour in their factory where we got to see the artists at work! Then, his father, who is a master potter, actually gave us instruction & helped us make our own bowl! We loved it so much, we bought 2 more gorgeous pieces before we left. It was such a wonderful experience!

Well worth the trip to Montelupo, a unique and wonderful experience. - It was great to meet the whole family and to be shown round by the very cheerful Matteo. The highlight of the experience was making a bowl, carefully instructed and assisted by Papa.

My Favorite Souvenir - My favorite tour in all of Italy. I didn't just make pottery - I had an experience that I will always remember. It started with a tour of the factory and an expresso in this charming small town in Italy. This family has been creating pottery for generations and now they ship all over the world. I toured the studio, and watched in amazement how the production of this beautiful pottery is created. I was then able to produce my own piece of pottery that has become my favorite souvenir.

Say yes! Best day away from the bustle - This is one of the best experiences ever! First, Mateo drove us (my son and I) through the charming village to tour the ceramics factory. Then, we returned to the clay studio for projects at the wheel. Even though I am a beginner, a beautiful bowl emerged from the clay, thanks to the master artist, Mateo’s father. Truly, one-of-a-kind experience! Highly, highly recommend. Spend extra time in this charming town, enjoying the food and culture.

Must Do Unique Experience - If you do one activity in Tuscany, make it this one. We had an amazing time, and Matteo and his family were so welcoming. You could see their passion in everything they do. The tour through the workshop, where each piece is handmade and painted, was a unique experience. Matteo’s father patiently helped us create our own bowl, and we loved it so much that we bought another item. Matteo was very accommodating, and we highly recommend this experience!

Perfect Pottery - This was one of the best experiences we have had in Italy. My friends and I tried to do things that represent Italy. We booked this tour thinking we would be there for the two hours that is listed in the description. We walked in and the whole family was there to greet us. This is a family business and it's been in the family for generations. First, we took a tour of where they make the pottery. Then they brought us to the show room to see what they finished product look like. These people produceeverything by hand. Each piece is made separately. And they shipped many of the big stores in the states. We finally went back to pottery wheel. They did not rush us, and bone by one we made our own piece of pottery. They were patient and funny and helpful.. Many of us purchased some of their already made products I can't wait for them to get home. The entire time with them was well organized, and beautifully executed..

Unbelievably wonderful - Where do I begin! This experience was beyond what I expected! It was so warm welcoming and the whole process was amazing! We were warmly greeted by Matteo and he showed us the beautiful family hand made Italian pottery that they are world famous for making! The whole family was lovely and we are so excited to receive our purchases! I’m amazed by their skills and talent.
