Discovering the underground city - Very interesting tour of the Ercolani winery to discover the underground city. Romina, our professional and very nice guide, enriched the visit with anecdotes and explanations about medieval history and the production of the excellent wine stored there... the tasting at the end was much appreciated. advised

Intimate guided winery tour in English - We enjoyed the intimate tour and tasting with quality speakers in very good English. They told us about their production which we would have loved to discover as well. The people had a lot of knowledge about their trade.

Modest cellar. - Modest cellar. Quick and very basic visit. It is a cave in which they found an Etruscan tomb when digging. It's supposed to be there but it can't be seen or explored. They don’t explain the production of the wine with its phases and all the process that entails, just sit down and taste 4 wines that tell you what they are called, what the grape is, how many months in barrel and bottle and ask if you like it and the price. They put a plate with 2 slices of loin, 2 of ham, 2 of sausage and 2 triangles of cheese. The Guide very friendly but would not return. There are wine bars around the area where you have better wines and they explain great.
