- Cannery Row - Sights of the famous Cannery Row will be seen from the water. Your Captain would be overjoyed to share with you information on this historic site where the harvesting and canning of sardines made a lasting impact on our coast.
- Sail Monterey - Enjoy free education at Monterey’s only full-service sailing center. Learn how to tie sailing knots and use demonstration sailing equipment at our knot-tying station while checking in. This is also our meeting point where you will check in and get to start spot the various types of wildlife that live in the harbor with us!

Enjoy sailing the Monterey Bay without engine noise. You will be offered a complimentary beverage after your captain hoists the sails and catches the wind to make for a peaceful and exciting cruise on the bay.
On the way out of the harbor, look out for sea lions, sea otters, and harbor seals. Once you pass the breakwater, the sailing fun begins and you can relax with a beverage while your captain takes care of you.
Be sure to be on the look out for whales and dolphins while you sail!

Great way to see a bit of the Monterey coastline. - Incredible views and a great Captain. We didn’t see any whales, unfortunately, but it was a beautiful day and a great experience.

Great view of wildlife - The captain took us up close to the seals, otters and birds. Very enjoyable and relaxing. The weather was a little cool and windy when we went, and I wish I'd brought a warmer jacket.

Sail Monterey for Team Building - Such a great experience, from start to finish! Paul was so accommodating with booking and talking through my needs, going above and beyond to ensure my group had a great experience.
Our captain was fantastic, fun and friendly. I highly recommend Sail Monterey!

Captain Paul is smooth sailing - We took the Sail Monterey 85 min cruise in the Monterey Bay with Captain Paul leading the trip. Initially, we had to reschedule because of rough waters, but had no problem choosing between an automatic refund and the option to reschedule. The call came early in the day with an apology regarding the cancelation. The trip we had was just long enough and relaxing. Paul offered drinks and snacks at the beginning, middle, and end of the excursion. There was no mention of the tip box located near the wheel, though we were happy to tip Captain Paul.
