Wonderful boat tour!! - Roberta and her crew run a tight ship and made this tour spectacle! Great information on each city, friendly and welcoming conversation during the tour. The Refreshments were very good and provided throughout the tour. This is the best way to get an overview of the Cinque Terre area.

Great Views! - Great views. The drinks and food were plentiful. Boat was very comfortable. The homemade limoncello was a nice finishing touch.

So worth it! Fabulous! - It was amazing. Roberta and Gabriele were wonderful. A very nice extra touch with the birthday cake and especially the limoncello from Gabiele’s mom. Fantastic!

Weather cancellation. - Unfortunately we were unable to go because the weather did not let up for 3 days. We messaged the company in the Viator app and never heard back. We found a phone number for You Know! And called — they have an English line. So if you need them you have to contact them yourself.
After switching the date and location twice we were finally cancelled. ti texted the guide and she did call us 15 mins before the tour to let us know which was nice. We were already in town so we walked around and had breakfast.

Nice but not as advertised - First, the pros - tour operator (Roberta) was great and very knowledgeable. Tour provided choice of wine/beer/prosecco, nonalcoholic drinks and pesto focaccia. Weather was great. The boats are required to drive slowly, which actually made it more comfortable and we didn't get soaking wet or have to deal with wind. Cons - not as advertised. First, we were promised a trip to a beach that was only accessible by boat to swim and snorkel and this never happened. In fact, the tour guide never mentioned it...we kept thinking it was the next stop, and then all of a sudden we were back at the start and the tour was over. The tour was advertised as 3 hours, but we left at 10:10 and were back by 12:15. So we definitely felt a little short-changed.

Tour not as described - Boat trip was not as described. Description said it would be a three hour tour. We ended just over two hours. And to top it off, we booked this trip to go snorkeling, and there was no snorkeling or swimming whatsoever. The weather was perfect. Very disappointed.

Boat trip not as described - The boat trip was supposed to be 2:45 but it was only 2:10. It was supposed to include swimming and snorkeling but that was never offered. Trip was not as described. We got back more than 1/2 hour early and it looked like there may have been another group lined up to go out
