  You will have the chance to spot some species of mammals like monkeys, coatis, agoutis, peccaries and amazing birds like toucans, motmots, the quetzal as well many others.

The two different forests provides a variety of flora and fauna which give us bigger chances to find a lot of wildlife and appreciate the diversity of flora. A Passionate and experienced local guide with great knowledge of the local flora and fauna of the area will show you the trails complex and help you spot the amazing treasures of the tropical forest of Monteverde.

Savor the sensation of journeying through the incredible Monteverde Tropical Forest where our guide highlights the region’s vast biodiversity. Along the tour, delve into Monteverde’s rich natural and cultural heritage. Wander through the marvels of Monteverde with us, which homes 2,500 plant species, out of which over 400 are orchids. Spectate around 400 distinct species of birds such as the regal Resplendent Quetzal, different types of toucans, Mot Mot, and the unique Three-wattled bellbird. We also encounter around 250 migratory species including some Orioles and Tanagers. Birds are particularly active in the mornings. This journey also offers opportunities to spot diurnal mammals like Coatis, Monkeys, Agoutis, and Peccary.
