A great service for us - For our return trip to the airport we booked on line. We had the same driver that we had on our trip from the Airport (MVD) to the Hotel (IBIS Styles Montevideo). He was right on time, assisted us with our bags and was very pleasant. It was rather early in the morning so there wasn't much conversation as well as the fact that we don't speak Spanish. He was polite and a gentleman. Definitely recommend this service. Communication with driveme gave us assurance.

Our transport was booked... - Our transport was booked on the phone as opposed to the website only because I needed to confirm the drop off location. The customer service was quite helpful and able to get us sorted well

We were taken care of by Pablo, punctual and attentive. We kept in touch before the flight and got it all right! - We were well served, all combined with weeks in advance and in the day for the last details, on the day of service went all right!

Good service, but read the fine print! - The car that they picked us up in was very, very clean with an extremely nice driver. Larger car than normal, but read the fine print! We booked a party of four, but way, way down in the reservation it said that you could only have three pieces of luggage. The car could not hold us and our friends had to book a separate taxi. This was very inconvenient. Make sure you read the detail! It makes no sense to book for a party of four with only three pieces of luggage, but other than that, we were very pleased with the service.

I was dumped at the airport in Uruguay. I contacted them by whatsapp but they did not give me any solution. - Service garbage. They dropped me off at the airport in Montevideo and were unable to give me a solution. They just wanted to charge me a new "service." I don't recommend him to my worst enemy.
