History and great overview - Knowledgeable tour guide with lots of historical antidotes about Uruguay’s history. Beautiful ride along the waterfront

Peddling Through History: A Relaxing, Insightful Tour of Montevideo with Edit! - Whenever I visit a new place, I always opt for a cycling tour—it’s the best way to see the city while getting some exercise! My guide, Edit (like Édith Piaf), was fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Montevideo and Uruguay, making the tour both relaxing and enjoyable. I was lucky to have amazing weather, too. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about Uruguay’s discovery, revolutionary history and rich heritage. Truly loved every moment!

Best bike tour I've ever taken! - One of the best tours I've taken and I would say it had a lot to do with getting to me the only person touring with the guide. Edith was so fantastic and tailored the tour to what I wanted to learn about and answered all my questions about Montevideo that weren't covered in the tour itself.
It was such a special experience and I would 100% go again just to tour with Edith. She was also very willing to go at my pace with the biking and would ask to make sure I knew what she had said after speaking about something a little more complex since I don't speak Spanish and she wanted to be sure I understood her English. I highly recommend taking a tour with this company and asking for Edith to take you!

Great Bike Tour of Montevideo - Good series of stops / sites and Edith was an informative guide, with good English skills. We even added on an extra stop at the 'Montevideo' sign at the far end of the beach.

guide was excellent and Montevideo was lovely - guide was excellent and Montevideo was lovely, but bikes were old and no helmets offered, if we hadn't asked to go the the light house I don't think we would have needed bikes as everything was so close.

Owner Late so tour started 20 min late - It was easy to find since there were orang bikes outside. We were 20 min early so we could test bikes and adjust if necessary. The tour is suppose to start at 9 am. The owner comes at 9:07 and does not say “ hi” or sorry I am late. Does not acknowledge us or the other couple. The guide was nice and informative. We saw another bike tour on our ride. Montevideo is flat and easy to ride. Ride is along the water with a wide path to ride.

My wife was unable to... - My wife was unable to attend the tour has the bike was far too big for her although we sent her height prior to our trip. I must say our tour guide Edith was extremely helpful with myself has I also struggled with the bike ,, it was of poor quality extremely heavy & it totally spoiled our day.

Equipment issues - We had a beautiful day biking around the city and waterfront today.
The guide,Edith, was very informative and very knowledgeable about the history of the city and country of Uruguay.
Unfortunately the conditions of the bicycles was not good. Gears did not work and tires were not filled with enough air. Due to the poor conditions of the bikes we are giving this a bad review. If they repaired /maintained the bikes our ride would have been much better.
Look for another bike tour with better equipment.
