Great for the solo traveler! - Super efficient! Easy pickup and dropoff at hotel, easy to get on and off bus and everything was more or less on time! Joyce was knowledgeable and helpful. I am on a solo trip and did not feel strange within the group. The actual sights and food were also fabulous. I really appreciated all of the freetime to do what I wanted as well.

A great day in Quebec - We left Montreal early morning and made one stop on the way to Quebec to buy something for breakfast. In Quebec we had a lovely tour guide who explained everything about the old town. After this we had 3 hours free time. Quebec old town is so beautiful and cute! I wish we had more time there, but it was enough because it's very small. Then we went to Montmorency Falls and after this, we went back to Montreal. Our tour guide, William was funny and explained everything well, he could speak 4 languages fluently.

Excellent visit to Quebec City - I booked this trip for my Family trip, and we had a fantastic time with the stops, attractions and the place. Thomas was very detailed in his explanations. He spoke in three languages and was very patient with each of us. Tiffany, on the other side, was a great customer service specialist and provided all the required information. We did not take the Cruise tour and preferred to explore Quebec City a bit more on our own, and we loved it. I recommend this tour.

Good taste of Quebec - Overall it’s a good taste of Quebec, expect a long day (13 hours) they are organized. Picked us up from our hotel, got us to the meeting point. From there, William was great, was very impressed that he spoke 4 languages! (English, French, Chinese and Spanish) the bus was comfy. Perfect fall weather, not too hot nor cold. Enjoyed free time roaming around old town Quebec then on to Montmorency Falls. Got back at 8pm so make sure to grab snacks since it’s a long day.

Good way to see sites in one day - The buildings in quebec city are beautiful as was the falls. Generally not a great tour company -despite confirming pickup for 652AM at hotel I was not picked up until I called our contact at 710 who then got us on the bus just before it was ready to leave. guide on bus spoke broken English -even he admitted his English was not good, and we could not understand him. He pressured all passengers for a $9 “service fee” while we were on our way-a tip request that was very unprofessional.
