Fun way to see Montreal! - Our favorite way to see the city when we travel and Montreal was no exception. The bike tour took us to the hidden gems of: Plateau, Mike End, and little Italy. It was a great way to get oriented to the city and figure out the places that we needed to come back to! We did return to wander Jean Talon market, and would definitely spend more time eating our way through every ethnic shop along mile end: fresh st. Vigateur bagels (yes please on the Quebec cream cheese), Portuguese tarts, Italian gnocchi, neighborhood pizza slice, so on! The street art was comparable to masterpieces as a museum. The bike tour was well organized and the team was very friendly. High quality bikes. Our guide, Jean-Francois, was as every guide should be: fun, engaging and oh-so charming. He was full of interesting facts and anecdotes. I especially love hearing about the history of Montreal from someone who is so proud to be born and raised there! We did upgrade to an e-bike based on a previous bike tour in hilly San Francisco. Not necessary here! This was a really easy ride, all flat at a comfortable, leisurely pace. Highly recommend!

The only way to see a city - We wanted to see more of Montreal and the best way was on bicycles. Our tour guide Martin was excellent. His love and vast knowledge of Montreal was amazing. He showed us so many hidden jems of the area that we would have never known if it was for tour guides like him. We are so glad we got to experience this tour.

Get to see the real Montreal - You get to discover the residential areas of Montreal on this tour. There are not many hills it’s mostly flat and the bagel along the way is a welcome surprise. A pleasant afternoon.

Great fun on two wheels! - I was in Montreal on business and at the end of our conference, we had the option to select from a variety of tours on our "free day". I am very glad I chose this tour. Our guide, Rufus, was great. He is very knowledgable and friendly. Although we didn't have the ideal weather for a bike tour, the team at Fitz equipped us with rain ponchos (just in case) and boy did they come in handy. We completed roughly 3/4 of our tour without rain, but that didn't stop us. Rufus got our delicious bagels and took us to the Jean-Talon Market to enjoy the still-warm bagels at the market as we strolled through the open air gem. Upon returning to the shop, I enjoyed a nice Moca from their café within the shop which warmed me up nicely. The shop is truly a nice business with a café, store with some bike gear, and a fantastic team of tour guides ready to take eager clients on a fantastic tour of Montreal.

Do this tour - Great to see a few neighborhoods outside the touristy areas. Our guide Eduardo was personable and knowledgeable. He took us through green back alleys and other routes we would not have known to explore. Very pleasant afternoon! And a tasty bagel in the middle.

Bike tour of Montreal neighborhoods - Jeff (aka Jean Francois) was an excellent tour guide. He was a great ambassador for Montreal as he grew up in Montreal. We visited the Jean Talon market, Little Italy and other iconic neighborhoods. We also ate the famous Montreal Bagels, saw the famous Schwartz meat store known for the smoked meats (another Montreal specialty) I highly recommend this tour if you want to learn of the Montreal beyond downtown and Vieux Montreal

Great leisurely bike ride through Mile End, the Plateau and Little Italy! - Bike tour included a visit to the legendary St-Viateur Bagel shop for a bagel, a 20-min stop at Jean-Talon Market in Little Italy to explore or have a coffee and a ride through St Hubert shopping street. Our tour leader, Darren, is an Anglo-Montrealer with an in-depth knowledge of the city, its history, people, culture and provides a number of recommendations and tips for visitors to Montreal at the end of the tour. Definitely a worthwhile bike excursion with Fitz Montreal! And kudos to Darren for a great day!

August bike tour - We had a great tour guide Jaime! The tour was really awesome riding through different neiborboods and also stopping at times to take in the area. It was also cool to learn some of the history about the city along the tour. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Montreal for the first time!
