Highlights

Montreal is made up of unique neighborhoods, all with different sights and atmospheres, and the ideal way to explore them is on a bike. As a very bike-friendly city, Montreal has miles of bicycle paths, and your bike rental includes a map of these great trails.

Old Montreal is one of the most popular neighborhoods to explore by bike and is relatively flat. Cycle along Old Montreal’s cobblestone lanes and stop at historic sites. Great museums, shops, cafes and French bakeries line the streets, and with a bicycle, you have the freedom to stop wherever you’d like. From Old Montreal, you can ride along the scenic waterfront and visit the Port of Montreal.

Bordering Old Montreal is Chinatown. Montreal’s Chinatown is large and bustling, full of amazing restaurants, shops, Chinese medicine stores and candy stands selling the popular, made-to-order “dragon’s beard” candy.

You are free to discover all the other great neighborhoods, like downtown, The Village, Plateau Mont-Royal and Rue Crescent, at your own pace. Cycle wherever you please!

A hybrid bike option is available for casual, easy sightseeing.

Great bikes and service. Two wheels gets you to parts of the city you’d not see otherwise - I had a fab day seeing Montreal on two wheels and a chance to explore parts I would not have seen otherwise. Along the canal, river side and island The trails are flat and safe (away from traffic) and would really suggest this as an activity while here.

Superb bike rental near the water in old town - Great bike rental on the water in Montréal. We rented e-bikes for the afternoon ( regular bikes also for rent ). Service was great. They have a great map of routes to take. We cycled along the canal to the water and back along the St Lawrence - and down the F1 race track back over quite a few turns and bridges to the city. Google maps ( download first on WiFi if needed) was a great help on this last stretch. Would highly recommend this company.

Above and beyond service - Amazing friendly and helpful staff. I lost my phone on the ride just before having to go to the airpot to return home. The staff went out of their way to reassure me and help get the phone back. Really lovely to be looked after so well.

Easy, pleasant, convenient - Renting a bike from these folks is easy and pleasant and it's a great way to get around the city and see everything on a nice day. The bikes were just right and they gave us good tips on where to go. Positive all around.

Great Day on a Rented Bike - I had an amazing day on a rented road bike! Great quality bike, great friendly and caring customer service -Thank You Guillaume! - combined with fun views on Lachine Canal and the beautiful views at the Lachine Marina, nothing could be wished for more. And at the time when other rental places have closed "for the winter", I'm glad you will be open for October. Merci, A+

Great Place To Rent Bikes - Rented bikes and rode a good deal - Canal Lachine and back around to see the rapids, lunch at Atwater Market. Rented for the day. Great way to see Montreal. Next time we will bike"inland" to Mount Royal neighborhoods. There is a lot of good biking in Montreal. Best parts- very reasonably priced, able to reserve on-line, great hours, and decent bikes. And location....these guys are right where you want to get on the bike path. Highly recommend.

Great bikes for touring Montreal - Was a great place to rent an electric bike to tour Montreal. Very close to the 2 islands where Expo 67 was located. The bikes were good quality and the only issue was that my chain came off. Luckily, we were able to get it back on! The staff were very good. The only issue I would have is that the map wasn't very detailed and we had trouble finding the bike lanes. Not a problem finding the 2 islands close to Montreal, but definitely an issue when we wound our way up to Mont Royal. Would recommend Ca Roule tell people they can use Google Maps Cycle Routes which would have really helped us.

Renting a tandem bike - The quality of the bicycle (tandem) we rented was mediocre. It was old, no oil on the bike chain and not well ajusted (especially the bike speeds). The price we paid was way too expensive for what we got (in comparison with many other similar experiences).
