Great cruise - Great service, knowledgeable guide, bar food available. Would get in line earlier rather than later to sit where you want.

Pretty much a bust - I booked this expecting a nice narrative with a tour from the water. I am sure that the guide was trying, but it was very hard to understand her. Seems like the mic was not loud enough. Plus, lots of folks talking over her. Even worse, we had a bachelorette party next to us. I don't know why they bothered to go on this, and they never looked at the scenery or stopped talking and squealing. Of course that was not the fault of the cruise, but very irritating.

Comparing Montreal to Quebec excursion. Highly suggest Quebec one - Comparing to the Quebec City cruise. Found less informative. Shorter duration as well. Prices unfortunately very high for food purchase on both boats.

Dull - Person speaking was too loud and never stopped for the first 50 minutes. Trip was ok but dull. The trip does not go very far from the downtown and was therefore did not have much of interest.

Noisy party atmosphere if that is what you want - There was a part atmosphere which was not what we were looking for. It was difficult to understand the commentary because it was so noisy. The drink I ordered never came.

Waste of time and money. Terrible experience. - Waste of time and money. Booked online and got there 10 minutes before departure only to find that we still needed physical tickets. So, we had to stand in line (and the majority of people in line had also purchased online and didn’t know they needed physical tickets). There is no signage for this and nothing on the website. We had to stand in line, wait another ten minutes, the boat departed late because of this, we didn’t get a spot on the deck because of this, and could not hear any of the commentary from the tour guide (even inside they didn’t play it). We learned nothing about Montréal, the free drinks were terrible, we couldn’t even get just a cup of water (had to buy bottled), and it was so windy, that once we did get outside, it was not enjoyable at all. Food was flying everywhere, drinks were falling over, and doors were slamming when attempting to open them (my sister caught her hand in the door and had to get ice and a first aid treatment from the crew). Overall, terrible experience and would like a refund. Would not recommend to anyone.
