Beautiful city!! - The driver and tour guide were very knowledgeable. Quebec City is beautiful and we had a delicious lunch at one of the Bistros. 😊

Quebec City and Falls bus day Tour - We enjoyed the tour of the falls, and Quebec city very much. Everyone was friendly, and the restaurants and shops were nice. The view from the top by the hotel is wonderful. Wish we would’ve had more time to spend at the beautiful Falls. We will be back!

Need to do - The tour is well worth the trip. My only issue is more time at the falls would've been nice or just skip the falls all together. If you're going to include the falls, I would've started off at the falls then head into old Quebec with a little tour and then free time. But to start off with a 20 min tour at old Quebec then getting back onto the bus to go to the falls for 20 mins then getting back onto the bus to drive back to old Quebec is a waste of 30-45 minutes of tour time. That time could've been used at the falls or more free time in Old Quebec. There was plenty of free time to explore old Quebec ourselves which was fantastic, we got in a lot of walking and site seeing and enough time for a sit down meal. Over all the tour was great and would recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Old Quebec. The tour guide and the bus driver were knowledgable and friendly. Learned a lot about the history of Quebec which was very interesting. If you're thinking of driving yourself from Montreal to tour Quebec City yourself and drive back in one day, its very tiresome. Taking a bus and not having to drive was worth the money.

I had a fun day in Quebec... - I had a fun day in Quebec City and Montmorency Falls. Chantale was a wonderful tour guide and Serge a very careful and kind driver. I wish we had a little more time to visit Quebec City and less background information which I found repetitive at times.

A day trip to Montmerency and Quebec City - I got picked up from my hotel. One has to confirm a day prior to ensure this. We were taken to the Dorchester Square office of Gray Line. Serge was our bus driver and he was a pleasant person. Started at 8 am and had a 15 min break and then to Quebec City. The route was very scenic especially nearing Quebec. James was our guide, a knowledgeable man, he explained in detail in French and English. We saw the main Street in lower Old town. Then went on a bus ride to Montmerency Falls. Here they give us 30 minutes which I feel was adequate. One can get his own lunch or buy there. We started at 1330 and hit Quebec City and went on a tour to the Plains of Abraham. It was a guided tour with no stops. However, there was running commentary on all the scenes being unravelled. In case one spends a day there, it would have been more enjoyable but then one needs more time. The bus then drops you at the old town and gives you 2 to 3 hours to shop and have lunch etc. I thought it was adequate. At 4.45 pm they start back and drop you off at three locations. It was a good day trip.

Great city, service poor. - Tour left late leaving us short on time in the Quebec. The city was so picturesque and well worth a visit. We requested that the driver drop us off first as we had a dinner reservation. He actually dropped us off last. When we didn’t leave a tip he almost followed us into the hotel shouting at us as we walked away.

I had a nice trip... - I had a nice trip overall. However, I was disappointed that the drop-off was not at the same location as the pickup spot. After a long day, having to walk more than 20 minutes was quite inconvenient.

disappointed - pick up point when booking was suppose to be at the hotel, however, this was not the case........ we had to go find the offices early on the day of the trip... very disappointed. what is the point of booking these trips if you as a tour company are not following through......
