Good variety of beers to sample on a 3 hour tour with an interesting and engaging guide - Gabriel is an amazing host providing details the beers you will sample, the breweries and their history as well stories of the Latin Quarter that you walk through between bars. Food provided in each location was of a high standard and the right portion sizes for pairing with the ales. The additional of a 4th bar visit (Pamplemousse) was a real bonus to a tour that offers great value. We will go definitely back and revist at least 2 of the bars that hosted us.

Informative - I’ve been on a few of these type of tours and it is the host that makes it or breaks it. I’m this case, the host was superb. He was very outgoing and knew all things beer and Montreal. He pushed the rating up at least one and more like 2. It is a walking tour, I know, but the walk to the last location was too long. We did stop along the way and got some interesting info about Montreal, but surely there was a closer craft brewery? Also, it was only 2 samples at the first 2 bars. It was 2 drinks at the last one as well, but they were regular sized drinks and not just samples. Any other tour I’ve been in had a minimum of a full flight of 4. On the plus side, I was fed much better on this brewery tour than any other I’ve been on. We had poutine, nachos, cheese and chocolate.

Don't Take This Tour - This is not a tour I would recommend to anyone. The guide did his best, but the tour company has not taken the time to make the experience worth the money. Beer is not great and for the most part it is NOT local. Food is not great. Locations were awful. Find your own pub and go.
