Whale watching on a private tour - We had a private whale watching tour with our guide Doris and the photographer Josh. (Unfortunately I forgot our captains name), but he was the one! Such a magical experience with this lovely crew. We saw whales, turtles and eagle rays !!! And went swimming with them. I highly recommend this trip, especially with these guys. The crew were professional and so kind. It was fun, exciting and all in all completely worth it. Thanks for having us!

Once-in-a-lifetime experience - This was a truly amazing experience. We swam with the rays and sharks, which was great. But nothing could be as spectacular as swimming with a humpback whale. Kama and Drew did an expert job of getting us there, and Bastion took superb pictures. I will never forget the feeling of the whale swimming towards us, then directly underneath us, then coming up and breaching on the other side of where we were. Definitely once in a lifetime. Cannot recommend highly enough. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, and they truly care about the island and the marine life. They steered us away from an area where multiple boats were stopped, because they did not want to stress the whale that was clearly nearby. Instead we kept going until we found one all alone. It was magic.

Absolutely amazing! - We did this experience as a family of 4, with two pre-teen children. This was one of the best experiences of my life. We saw so much sea life in three different areas. The guides were outstanding hosts.

Amazing! - My husband and I did a full day private swim with humpback whales with a photographer. It was amazing, we saw so many whales and pilot whales. Herehia was our guide and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and we felt safe with her in the water. Josh was our photographer and he took great photos/videos for us. Unfortunately for us, the water was rough that day and it rained so I would recommend to be prepared for big waves/seasickness (take dramamine) and also be a strong swimmer. Highly recommend!

Amazing underwater adventure - It’s our first time in Moorea (myself, wife, 18yr old daughter and her friend) but we had an excellent recommendation from someone who’s been coming here for decades who said you must book a tour with Moorea Moana Tours - and boy were they right! Easy to book, clear communications, on time boat pickup, comfortable ride with snacks, but most importantly an AMAZING private tour with Louise and Oliver. Louise is an underwater photographer extraordinaire who also had tons of great recommendations for food and adventures on the island. She was able to take some truly amazing shots of our underwater adventures which included swimming with rays, black tipped reef sharks, and fish in the shallows; then some larger black tipped reef sharks in the deeper water; then we rode along lots of spinner dolphins at a very cool surf break; and finally swam with some green sea turtles and eagle rays. Great trip! Would definitely recommend them! - We had a great day even in super windy conditions! Pierrick and Louise were wonderful guides- we swam with sharks and rays and turtles, and cannot wait to come back in whale season!
