Great fun - Fantastic tour Do yourself a favor and have a great 4 hours exploring Moorea Island. Gerard was a great guide. De-husking a Coconut with his teeth was a highlight! So much cheaper than booking through a cruise ship - great value.

Views, eels and local history - We went on a morning 4x4 tour with Albert’s. Our tour driver was Jeve (not sure of spelling) who is William’s son. He was an excellent and safe driver and great tour guide. We went to pineapple plantation (gave us tasty samples) and really took time to talk about Moorea’s pineapple crops. We also went to Belvedere peak and some ruins. The stop to see freshwater eels was very cool and getting to pet them was something I didn’t think I would ever do but really enjoyed. At each stop he shared about some local history. Magic Mountain road was closed for repairs that day so we went to the Tropical Garden which also has amazing views and has a jam tasting and food and drink options. I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

Great tour of Moorea in 4x4!! - Accompanied by Gérard, we visited several spots in Moorea (the magic mountain, the rotui factory, jam tasting + explanation of the pearl, pineapple valley, the belvedere, the temple & fed eels) Gérard was great, we had a great time with him He explained to us the legends of Tahiti as well as the use of different plants! The tour lasts around 3 hours, he picks us up and drops us off at our hotel! It was great thank you very much (it’s a shame that the weather wasn’t on our side, but that’s lucky..)

Sweet way to see Moorea - Our guide and driver was excellent! Enjoyed his company, great driver and super kind. He picked us up at the ferry at appointed time and made sure to return us just in time to catch last ferry back. Beautiful day! Never felt rushed, but we had time to see and taste it all.; the pineapple, the juice, the jam, The views and sites of Moorea are spectacular. And the blue eyed eels are a must see! Very fun day! Highly recommend!

Communication bumps but over all nice communication bumps but overall nice tour & guide - Gerard was a wonderful guide. Informative, funny. The tour was very nice, recommend it. Only downside is they are not easy to get ahold of. I emailed, text on what’s app, called several times. Finally someone answered the phone & didn’t have any idea that I had sent a email with a picture of the airBB I was staying at for pickup. She said “well, we get a lot of email”(but you’re supposed to be picking me up tomorrow!!)🤦🏽‍♀️ that part was really frustrating to the point that we were almost going to book a separate company until they literally called that very second and picked us up at one of their locations but it was that frustrating trying to confirm the booking of the tour so they’ve got to improve in that area otherwise very nice tour, and great guide

Tour cancelled on me and Viator will not refund me - I am very disappointed with Viator. The tour had to cancel my trip due to weather. They offered to take me the next day, but I was leaving the country early in the morning the next day, so I could not take the tour. The tour company understood and agreed to refund me. I set this up on January 3, 2024, and the company still has not refunded me or returned any of my communications. I even tried to chat online, since there is no phone number to contact, and I kept being told that I would have to wait for someone to contact me. It has been a month and no contact yet.
