Simply Outstanding - This was one of the best day trip excursions we have ever been on. A truly enjoyable day and well worth the price which also included an excellent lunch with fresh tuna salad and rice, a selection of breads followed by an array of fresh fruits all beautifully presented. Tama had use of a thatched purpose built lunch stop on a private beach right on the reef edge - a real treat and experience. (Tip: as you can have a swim before lunch if you want take beach shoes as the coral is sharp! Snorkel and mask would also be useful). Our guide and driver was Tama who was just brilliant. He spoke fluent French and English and having lived on Moorea all his life was very knowledgable. We learnt so much about the history, geography and culture of the island. This was a very well structured tour covering the main sites on the island and then some. The short hike which was the last activity (approx 20 mins up and 20 mins down) to the waterfall is fairly challenging and trainers are recommended. Unbelievably Tama managed this in his bare feet! You won’t be disappointed!

Takes you where other tours won’t - Our guide Pierre showed us all of the well-known spots, but several spots that I felt like were only known to himself and a few other locals that others tours likely didn’t visit. He allowed us to take our time at each destination and even gave us space to experience it without him. Extremely knowledgeable and very friendly

A great way to see and learn about Moorea - Very informative and down to earth. Delicious lunch on the private beach and very enjoyable chat about Moorea, the culture, economy etc. We love learning about what real life is like and not just what we see by the resorts. Pierre was an amazing guide and clearly loved Moorea and what he was doing. Highly recommend.

Staying in Moorea for a short time and want to see the most? Do this tour! - The half-day tour with Enjoy Moorea was great. Our guide was super informative, offering lots of local history and was great fun with lots of humor. Our guide picked us up at our resort, took us all around, and then dropped us back off. The beach lunch he prepared for us was some of the best eating we had our whole trip (if you have been living on resort food this will be a welcomed change). I see others concerned with the hike. First let me say that our guide was very clear about the hike and made no one feel pressure to do it and they could stay with the truck. The length and elevation of the hike is not an issue, it is balance. Specifically, you have to cross 3 small streams, balancing on stones. This may be difficult for older people. Because the streams are so shallow I would recommend full water shoes and simply walking across the stream this way. For those that had some small difficulties, our guide helped them, holding their hands and guiding them. For refence our guide did the whole hike barefoot! So the terrain really isn't an issue, it is simply balance.

A fantastic way to see, taste and experience Moorea - A great tour run by Karen who was fantastic at explaining the history and significant of places we visited. We had a great time with others on the tour - there were 8 of us in total including an American family, a South African couple and the two of us. Lunch at the private beach was awesome! It included poisson cru with rice, fresh pineapple, papaya and mango. Plus Tahiti punch, beers and fruit juices. We saw amazing views, visited vanilla and pineapple plantations, and went on a walk to a warerfall with a swimming hole. Overall a fantastic day!

Best tour weve ever had - It was just my husband and myself I have to say this is one of the best tours ive ever had he took us to some amazing places i feel like we saw some much the Beautiful island of Moorea has to offer. Pierre the owner is the guide he really went above and beyond.

Great day in Moorea - Our tour guide was very good and we enjoyed our day at Moorea. The views were great and the lunch was plentiful and tasty. Just be aware that the hike is pretty difficult in my opinion. The description says it is an easy hike to the falls. Everyone's interpretation might be a little different, but I do not call this an easy hike. After I booked, I did receive an email telling me that you had to be in good physical condition for the hike. My husband and I walk 2-4 miles per day so I thought we'd be okay, but it was a VERY rocky, roots, up-hill climb! It is .5 mile each way and my smart watch recorded that I climbed 47 flights of stairs. I was having a little trouble with my knee that day and the guide (can't remember his name) was very helpful and tried to do his best for me. He was very sweet. I guess it hadn't rained much before we did this hike, so the waterfalls were just slightly running from the rock, so a little disappointing. I totally enjoyed the rest of tour but wished I had skipped the hike. I would still recommend the tour -- especially if you enjoy a vigorous hike.

A must do adventure in Moorea - This was an amazing way to see the island thru the eyes of a local tour guide. Pierre was awesome!! His knowledge is on point and he is extremely kind to all, people and animals alike, we had a great day We even got to hike a challenging path to a beautiful waterfall that most anyone can do. Lunch was delicious and as fresh as it could be, sourced from locals. I would rate this trip A+ And a must for anyone to see parts of the island you would not see from the resorts

Too little seen, for a lot of money - Unfortunately, the tour was less than 5 hours! The plan was 7 hours! We haven't seen the falls either! Clearly too expensive for €130 per person! What a shame! The tour started nicely, but was ended much too soon!
