Spectacular! - Stevenson and his staff were excellent! My 92 year old father and I had the best experience. We learned so much about French Polynesian food and culture. We would highly recommend making this part of your trip to Moorea. Make sure to pre-book!

The best meal of our honeymoon! - This was easily the best experience of our honeymoon. Stevenson and Audrey were incredible hosts and teachers. From the moment we arrived at the idillic cook lab surrounded by lush mountains we were greeted with coffee, tea and homemade drinks. We got a tour of the garden and a look into the feast we were about to prepare. Stevenson walked us through each recipe as we made authentic Polynesian food. The icing on the cake was feasting on our food as a community looking out at pineapple fields at the end of the cooking experience. We learned so much about the culture and way of life in Moorea from this experience. The food was phenomenal and we cherish this opportunity. We would urge anyone to come to Moorea just to have this experience.

Great experience in Moorea - We took a class with Audrey Steevenson, and Mauri. Great time spent with them, mix of cultural stories, sharing of experiences and very friendly exchanges. The workshop is very well done, we learn many different cooking techniques and the flavors are delicious and very varied. We feasted and had a great time! Not to be missed!

Amazing authentic Polynesian food experience - I booked this class as a surprise birthday gift for my wife and I'm glad I did! We both loved learning from Stevenson and Audrey about Polynesian food and culture, and the food was amazing! It helps that they were able to make accommodations for my wife who is vegetarian. We were glad to learn that there is a lot more to Polynesian food than poisson cru (although we did make some and it was delicious). If you love food and value learning about the culture and traditions of the places you visit and not just enjoying the beautiful beaches, this is the perfect activity for you!

Wonderful culinary experience - My wife and I had an amazing time with Audrey and Stevenson. They were patient, informative, and gave a true sense of being connected with the Tahitian land, culture, and cuisine. Much of the food that we prepared used ingredients grown at their garden. I even got the chance to cut a very fresh red tuna that we would later bbq and use for poisson de cru (the famous poki-like dish). At the end we had a wonderful meal together and later they sent the recipes by email. Altogether, experience lasted for about 4 hours. Highly highly recommend!!

Great Family Experience! - Audrey and Stevenson were excellent hosts for a fun morning on Moorea. Along with teaching some wonderful recipes, Stevenson shared some really interesting information about Tahitian culture and the influence distant visitors have had to the islands. Audrey was a very kind and gracious host always making sure we had what we wanted or needed. The class was structured very well and everyone was able to fully participate. We went with our kids (21, 19, and 15) and we all had a great time making authentic Polynesian dishes in a family setting. The best part was the interaction with our hosts, the other guests and each other. Real Quality Time that we will remember forever! Thank you Audrey and Stevenson!
