Wonderful Experience - We had a great time! The weather wasn’t great for our outing but Alex knew how to make the most of it. We saw turtles, sharks, rays, and lots of coral and fish. This is the one time in Polynesia that I wanted a jacket because it was grey and windy and we were out on the water swimming. That said, it still wasn’t really cold! Absolutely recommend. Would do it again.

Excellent snorkelling experience! - This was a really wonderful experience. Alex was very knowledgeable about the lagoon and took us to beautiful and diverse spots so we saw a wide variety of coral formations and undersea landscapes. He was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this tour.

Best Snorkeling Tour on the Island - Alex takes you to a lagoon area where there isn't any one else which is so nice because most of the other tours just take you to the spots that are over-crowded. Alex is a great guide...awesome experience

More than five stars - We loved this tour, it made for the highlight of our trip. Words fall short of how epic this experience was for us. Captain Alex makes sure to get you a real island insiders perspective at the best spots. Each trip is uniquely planned to suit the conditions of the day and avoid the crowds. We saw giant turtles, eagle rays, and countless reef sharks, up close and personal. We were totally hanging out with three sting rays who crowded us like eager puppies, all while Captain Alex kept us clear and safe of other tourists. We saw so many colorful fish and a great variety of healthy bright corals in the hues that existed before the planet's major coral bleaching events. That part brings a tear to my eye, I thought we might not see that again in our lifetime. We have dived and snorkeled in Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico and Hawaii and I would recommend Captain Alex at the top of the list. One of the things we love best about Polynesia is the dedication to honoring and protecting nature. Alex Lagoon Tours is a great way to experience Moorea with someone who loves this place.

Best snorkeling tour we have ever been on!! - Being in shallow waters with rays and sharks was amazing! We felt very safe! Also saw eagle rays, turtles and several tropical fish! Being on a smaller tour boat made the experience more enjoyable and was fun meeting people from around the world. This tour exceeded our expectation!

Best day - We had a fantastic time with Alex. It was informative and he did well with our wide range of ages. 12 years old to 74 years old. You will not be disappointed with a trip with Alex, highly recommend.

Successful excursion! - We enjoyed our snorkeling trip with 3 other guests. At the first stop we were pulled through the sea on a rope and spotted many large turtles. Afterwards we went to the highlight of the trip. We had contact on a sandbar with a lot of stingrays, indescribably beautiful. Alex has provided good information about the animals as well as about the island. Then we went on to a very nice snorkeling area. At the end there was plenty of Maitai and fresh coconut, delicious. Of particular note was the small group, which Alex attaches great importance to. Thank you for the successful trip.

Convenient, exciting, adventurous - Amazing tour! Alex was great. He really maximizes the tour experience with variety and I love the small setting. We Saw sting rays, sharks, turtles, and some amazing coral reefs that had zero crowds. He also had some great refreshments after. Definitely recommend this tour!

Excellent Tour - Excellent half day tour with Alex Lagoon Tours. Rays, sharks, sea turtles, a beautiful coral garden ending the day with homemade rum punch. The small group is great. Alex is very kind and knowledgeable and he knows where to go to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend.

Turtles, rays, and sharks....OH MY! - The lagoon tour with Alex was by far a highlight of our trip! We loved the small group size, much more personal than the larger boats. Alex accommodated our 6 year old very well and made sure everyone on the boat had the experience they were seeking. We enjoyed seeing turtles, rays, and sharks. The snorkels provided were much better than the ones we brought. The vibe was low key, yet Alex was informative and passionate about sharing the history and culture of the lagoon. An incredible experience all around. I would 100% recommend this tour to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!
