Fun time for the whole family - We thought this was just a guided tour, but it is much more than that!! We were whisked back in time to the prohibition era, thanks to two wonderful actors!! It was so much fun and the actors did such a great job!! The rooms and tunnels were really amazing to see! We worth the time and money!

Recommend it was fun - The staff were amazing it was a great experience. I would recommend that there were separate tours for children as at times it was hard to listen to the story line.

Informative - It was very informative. The only problem is that we had a hard time hearing one of the tour guides. She was soft spoken and had an accent trying to put on another accent. She was very knowledgeable.

The rooms were decorated... - The rooms were decorated beautifully and the secret doors were interesting. Found Fanny very hard to understand:(( Her accent and talking speed was too fast. I’m sure she was interesting but I honestly didn’t understand much of what she said.

A bit disappointed. - We were disappointed with Fanny and Gus. It was hard to understand them and Gus definitely did not draw you into the experience like the actors have done when we have visited this tour other years. But it is always a great experience and always exciting to bring family.

Fun , even if a bit hokey. - Actor/Actress were Great. Fun and totally hokey. Animatronics were a hoot. Fun time especially if cold or rainy outside. Even though was still fun.

A little cheesy but fun. - We were looking for something to do in the area and went here since it was so highly recommended. The "tour" was amusing although the actors sped through their lines very quickly. It would help if they slowed down somewhat. Some of the small children were startled by "events". I would have liked to have learned more about the real purpose and history of the tunnels. But it was a good way to spend a morning.
