A Moose Jaw Must See - Passage to Fortune was a real eye opener to our Granddaughters, our guide made the time period come to life with her voice and her changes from one to another. This tour was very informative, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Emotional Experience - An amazing and emotional experience; this tour moved my daughter and I to tears. An educational tour that taught us about the plight of Chinese men and the hardships they faced trying to improve their lives. Our guide played his roles very well.

Turned 2 tours into 3 - Excellent and fun way to learn a little about our Canadian history. I did a 2 tour combo pack and liked it so much we added a 3rd tour. All 3 tours had elements of surprise, completely different story lines and were tought provoking.

Tunnels tour - The tunnels are incredible....scary how you could get lost so easily and that people actually worked and lived in them.

UNDERGROUND WALKING TOUR IN MOOSE JAW, SASKATCHEWAN - The Tunnels of Moose Jaw Ticket office was just down the street from our hotel, The Grant Hall. We had made reservations online before leaving home. The Passage To Fortune started in the basement of a building a block away. The tour was about a Chinese immigrant who had to work in an underground laundry to pay back the person who paid for his passage to Canada. We walked through a room which had old laundry equipment, another had restaurant equipment and one room which was the worker's sleeping quarters. The Chinese workers were evidently not treated very well and had to work long hours. The entire guided walking tour lasted about one hour and no photography was allowed

The great experience - Seeing all the rooms and learning about the Chinese people. Watching the video about the great granddaughter explaining about her grandfather.

A Black Mark on Canada’s History - Very informative. While the tour guide was well rehearsed and clearly knew her subject matter, she was too stiff and not animated. It made the overall experience a bit awkward. However, we did enjoy her knowledge of the script and we all enjoyed learning something new.
