• Cala el Portet - Welcome and Preparation (15 minutes):
  Upon arrival at the meeting point in El Portet de Moraira, participants will be warmly welcomed by our expert instructors. The session begins with a brief introduction to safety activities and measures. All necessary equipment, including the efoil, life jacket, and helmet, will be provided.

Theory and Practice on Land (15 minutes):
Before entering the water, participants will learn the basics of efoil, including how to maintain balance and control the board. Ground simulations will be used to familiarize participants with the controls and operation.

First Contact in the Water (20 minutes):
The session starts gently to ensure participants feel comfortable on the board. They will learn to maintain balance while the board is in contact with the water.

Elevation and Flight over Water (40 minutes):
As participants gain confidence, the instructor will guide them to lift the board from the water using the foil. This is the most thrilling part, where they will experience the incredible sensation of “flying” over the sea.

Return to Shore (15 minutes):
Participants will return calmly to the shore, where they can share their experiences.
