To soak up the beauty of the Little Tuscany area, stop for a delicious lunch (own expense) at a goat farm and enjoy phenomenal views of the surrounding vineyards from this eco-friendly hilltop establishment.
After a good break, climb the last few hills to the Sonberk winery, one of the top rated wine makers in the country. There, a local winemaker will walk you through the vineyard and explain to you in detail what makes white wines from Czechia unique and why they are not often available outside the country.
