A Brilliant Experience - 100% Recommend - The staff, Abdorahim Didi and Oussama, were brilliant! They were friendly, kind, accommodating, and thoughtful. Abdorahim went above and beyond for us to make the experience unforgettable. The quad biking was brilliant, the camel ride was magical - because the staff made it so. They helped take amazing videos and pictures for us without us even asking. Even though there was a misunderstanding with one of activities - nothing to do with these guys, Abdorahim ensured we got what we paid for and more! He is the best guide, making sure we were safe and looked after the whole time. I would highly recommend booking this tour with him - 100%.

Amazing night - Imrane was an amazing guide. We had so much fun in the desert riding the camels and we had amazing food. The atmosphere was great. Imrane explained to us the culture of the area. We booked this last minute but it was the highlight of our holiday in Marrakech

Good and reasonable tour - Great experience from start to finish. We were contacted through Whatapps by Imrane the tour guide and swiftly arranged pickup (time and place). On the date, we were picked up early from our hotel (as agreed through Whatapps). The experience hence lasts an hour longer the original plan. First stop is an argan oil cooperative where we enjoy tea and have our toilet break. Next stop is the camel ride - the operator has been very patient and helps us to take lots of pictures. On the way to the camp, we stopped at a beauty spot to enjoy and take picture of the vast desert. Finally, the camp welcomes us with dancing and music. We would take our seats, ready to enjoy our meal and the sunset and the fire. Free bottle water is provided with three course meals, which are not the best lol. But the atmosphere is great and the fire show at the end is quite good. Our tour guide Imrane is very friendly and keeps us entertained throughout the trip. He passes us lots of knowledge regarding the dessert, camels, berber people and Morocco.

Very nice experience:) - I think it could not be better, we arrived just in time for sunset so we were lucky to have beautiful sky while riding the camel. The ride was rather short but enjoyable and enough. Then we moved to have a diner which was nice typical food and after fire show with music and dancing which was the best ending of the night. I would recommend 100% for everyone

Do not go if you love animals - While the departure was timely, I expected to be back within 5-6 hours as per my booking and not a journey of 8 hours without any prior warning and for no good reason. Luckily the stop at the argan oil cooperative was no longer than half an hour. I thought it was not necessary to see yet another argan oil place, but you have no choice (every activity includes that). Quadbiking was fun, but there was no safety briefing and it was very much rushed to get people to drive the quadbikes despite not knowing how to do it... The guide had said when I stepped onto the bus that we would be finished by 9:40pm. The pickup when the tour started was at a very inconvenient location far from my accommodation, which was later scary to get back to and I did feel uncomfortable walking alone through the alleys when there could have been a much better access point to pick me up from the historic town. The short camel ride could have been lovely as it is a beautiful scenery in the Agafay desert, but I did not appreciate how the camels were treated. One tried to get more room as they are closely bound together by cheap plastic ropes, but was then treated badly. They used sticks in a very unfriendly way to have the camels kneel down after the ride. The dinner itself was in a nice setting and the food was not bad, we stayed there waiting for all the other tours to finish their dinner for the 10min fire show. During dinner I found out that we would not get back anywhere near what I had agreed to when I booked and argued my concerns with the guides. They were not genuinely worried about me and told me just to be patient and I would relax on the bus. When we finally drove back they turned the van/bus into a party bus, it was ridiculous and unbelievable, although I had been promised to have a quiet drive back. Never again. Omar promised that they would keep the music down, as I was not opposed to music per se, but just did not want ear pain. However, even that was asked too much as two other tourists wanted loud music and behaved like little kids and then got their way. Total waste of my time. The manager then said I should just accept that loud music is part of it. I strongly disagree as it had written nowhere that this was a party trip - if it had I never would have booked it. Embarrassing how they even used cheap party lighting on the bus as you can see in my picture. At that point I stopped trying to convince them otherwise as I was scared they might leave me in the middle of nowhere. They must have somehow removed my booking as I tried to contact booking.com where I had booked to complain, but the system said there was no booking with the number... I'm assuming that is to keep up the good reviews. I guess that says it all.... Throughout all my travels I have never experienced anything like that. This tour is only something for people who want a mindless party without concerns for their health (we even had a minor accident on the way back where the mirror of the van got damaged...)... it definitely cannot be recommended to anyone who would like to marvel at the beautiful landscape and experience any actual local traditions.
