An atlas experience to remember - A wonderful experience, our guide was excellent, patient with our slow pace and endless questions. The views were incredible and the villages were amazing to experience

3 days, 2 nights in the atlas mountains - Had a wonderful 3 day, 2 night trek in the atlas mountains. Everything was perfectly organized. The food was delicious And accommodation comfortable. Went with my 2 boys and a family friend on the 2 valleys hike and was nice relaxed pace. Perfect for us

Great trekking company - We just returned from a great 3 day/2 night trek in the High Atlas with Trek Atlas. Ahmed arranged a great few days for us with an excellent guide and cook. Our guide was very experienced, knowlegdable, professional and spoke English, as does Ahmed. Our cook made us 3 delicious meals a day plus snacks. We stayed in local guesthouses that were very clean and comfortable. Transportation from and to Marrakech was provided with safe, professional drivers. The mountain views were fantastic and we walked through many fascinating Berber villages. We highly recommend booking with Trek Atlas, a locally run company, instead of a large internationally run group.

Unforgettable experience - My two daughters and I did the 2 Valley trek (3 days/2 nights) with Trek Atlas. It was definitely the highlight of our trip to Morocco! We felt safe and well looked after by our guide Brahim and chef and muleteer Hasun. Pre-trip communication with Ahmed was excellent, which put us at ease. We would like to thank all three of you for making it an unforgettable experience.

A must do trip! - We flew to marrkech and were greeted by the taxi driver as it included airport pick up. After a 90 min drive, we arrived into imil village met by Ahmed and our guide Abdul. Our bags were taken to the accommodation and Abdul lead us on a walk to the accommodation, which took about an hour through the village and forests. The views were amazing and we loved learning about Berber culture from Abdul. We arrived at the accommodation which had a a beautiful view of the mountains and had time to relax before dinner. Abdul joined us after dinner, played some backgammon with us and shared the plans for the next day. The following day we hiked for 5h to see the mountains of imil, the food was great and Abdul was a really kind guide, who we are now connected with on Instagram! He was knowledgeable, always happy to take pictures for us and I would love to hike with him again when we come back to morocco! It was one of the best things we did on our 8 day trip!

Great trip into the Atlas mountains with phenomenal local tour guides! - We did this experience in the middle of November, and our guides were Abdou, Ahmed, and Nourddin. Right off the bat, it was so fun and interesting. Abdou picked us up near our accommodations and drove us all the way up into the mountains. On the way, he was eager to chat with us, stopped so we could take photos, and took us to visit La Maison Berbère d'Argan, which was a lovely experience. Once we arrived in Imlil, Ahmed welcomed us, served us tea, and then we started our hike with Nourddin. He was a phenomenal tour guide; he was very friendly and clearly passionate about Berber culture, Moroccan history, and nature. He took us through a series of villages surrounding Imlil, we ate a traditional Berber lunch in Aroumd, and hiked further into the mountains before heading back to Imlil, where Abdou met us and drove us back to Marrakech. Overall, we were very satisfied with this trip, especially as compared to some of the more touristy things we've been doing otherwise.

Wonderful Atlas mountain trek! - My husband and I had a wonderful 3 day 2 night trek in October 2024 with our excellent guide Abdul and our muler/chef Lassen who prepared delicious meals. Our trek was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco! The views are fantastic!

Trek Atlas - Me and my son spent 3 days trekking with Trek Atlas in October 2024, Ahmed and his team were fantastic. Ibrahim our guide was very experienced and tailored our trek to the weather conditions and my fitness level😃Hussain our muler was a lovely man and fantastic chef, providing us with amazing salads, tagines and popcorn along the way!
The mountains were beautiful and I would thoroughly recommend a trip with Ahmed and his team who are passionate about their amazing country and supporting their local community.

Family Sahara desert tour - Me and my husband went on a family trip with Trek Atlas to the Sahara desert and had an amazing time! Our guide and driver Abdu spoke great English (also French) and was so helpful the entire time. We saw all the beautiful scenery along the way, bought a beautiful handmade Berber rug, and spent a night in a luxury desert camp. The days were long but filled with enjoying the Moroccan countryside and we would highly recommend this trip. I was so happy to not be on a giant tour bus and we had our every need taken care of.

Trek Atlas are the BEST - From first contact by email to the last message checking on our safe return to Marrakech Trek Atlas were nothing short of amazing. Super friendly extremely efficient caring for our wellbeing and enjoyment these people are incredible. We loved our four day walk round the mountains with Lhcen as our guide and Lhcen our cook and muleteer. The walk demands sturdy shoes and good fitness, but the rewards are worth the effort. Trek Atlas care about your safety and know the best ways to explore the area. It is their home and they are experts in walking and mountaineering. The pace is steady and slow because of the altitude but because you climb gradually altitude sickness was not an issue. The food is fabulous and plentiful. We recommend Trek Atlas most heartily. We think they are the best. 🙏👍❤️
