Incredible experience, best memories in Morocco - We spent 4 amazing days with Hassan our great guide! We were looking for an authentic experience that did not make tourist factory and we found that what we were looking for. The organization was impeccable. Having guides was a real plus to fully understand the culture and discover the region during visits. The ride was really pleasant, the scenery was beautiful and many breaks were planned (visit of a palm grove, visit of gorges, tea in a Berber village, visit of Ait Ben Haddou). The accommodation and meals were of good quality and with good value for money. Taking this 4d excursion (not 3 as bcp propose) really allows you to spend time on the spot in the desert and make this long journey profitable (visit of nomads, discovery of the Sahara in 4x4). We had an amazing stay and recommend 100% this excursion, best memories in Morocco!!!

A complete dessert experience - We booked the four day trip to the Sahara Desert from Marrakech and it did not disappoint. Personally, I think four days is required as if we had only done three days it would not have been enough time soaking up the dessert. It also would have meant a lot of driving and a very early wake up. Instead, we got to stargaze and sleep in the next day. Initially, when booking, we were not sure if there was enough to occupy us for the extra day, but we were very entertained. It was nice having tea with a Nomad family and exploring the desert surrounds. I am beyond glad we did four and not three days. Thank you very much for the trip.

Amazing experience. Ishmael was fantastic. - Our family’s first time in Morocco and we were excited to visit the Sahara and ride camels to the overnight camp. Ishmael was our driver and he was fantastic. Very friendly and took great care of us (and our belongings!) Stayed two nights and it was an incredible experience. A long drive there and back from Marakesh, but lots of interesting stops to break up of the drive with visits to Berber villages and restaurants. Highly recommend! You’ll love it!

Luxury camping booked Student camp get - The desert erg chebbi is fantastic! Most tour offers are designed for 3 days, cheap and make little sense when arriving over 500km. Attendance in the desert only from about 4pm to 9am the next day (!). The 4 day offer makes much more sense but not about the price difference in this (student) camp. Especially if you book luxury tent accommodation (there are beds, DU and Wc, but glamping is different!) where you hardly have room to walk in the 3er and at 4 degrees it gets quite fresh. Breakfast last class, children with 11 years pay adult rate. The organization u care also definitely has room for improvement. The tour guide requires quite vehement suburban and today by WA a 5 star rating..a NoGo!

Disappointing Luxury Tour: Mismanagement, Extra Costs, and Misleading Accommodation - I booked a private luxury tour expecting a seamless, well-organised experience, but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. For €1,360, I was expecting a smooth and well-executed journey with attention to detail. Instead, I faced poor communication, disorganisation, and unexpected additional costs. From the very first night, things went wrong. Our driver took us to the **wrong location**, far from where we were supposed to stay. We ended up at **Hotel Sagrado**, a place clearly listed under the **group standard tour**—which is three times cheaper. The hotel itself was absolutely horrendous and, regardless of the tour option selected, should not be part of any itinerary. This mistake not only ruined our first night but also **disrupted the itinerary**, causing us to miss planned stops and leading to a painfully slow drive to the desert to avoid arriving too early. For a tour that was meant to be carefully planned, this level of mismanagement was completely unacceptable. The accommodation in the desert was equally misleading. The camp, advertised as “luxury,” had **no heating**, despite temperatures dropping to **5°C at night**. You simply can’t advertise something as luxury and not provide basic comfort. Yes, I paid extra for a private shower, but how was I supposed to use it in freezing temperatures? There was heating available, but I was then asked to pay an additional **€50** for it. While I understand that heating may sometimes come at an extra cost, this should have been **clearly communicated upfront**. After the mess of the first night, the last thing I expected was to be asked for even more money just to stay warm. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far from what was promised. If you're considering booking a private tour with this company, **be very cautious** about what you're actually getting for your money. It certainly didn’t match the flawless trip I had envisioned. The group tours seem to have great reviews, so maybe we just got unlucky. I should note that they did own up to their mistakes and offered a **30% refund** after I complained. However, in all honesty, that doesn’t make up for the ruined trip. I wanted the **experience I paid for**, not just money back.
