Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades (330km)

High Atlas Mountains - The driver will collect travelers at 08:00 am from their hotel or the nearest accessible location for the vehicle, commencing a 3-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. The journey heads towards the Dades Gorges via the Tizi-n-Tichka pass in the High Atlas Mountains, reaching an altitude of 2260m, offering expansive views of the mountains and traditional High Atlas Berber villages.

Ait Ben Haddou - The tour continues to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ait Ben Haddou, a popular filming location for movies like “Gladiator,” “Lawrence of Arabia,” and scenes from the renowned TV series “Game of Thrones.” Lunch will be enjoyed at a restaurant at the base of the Kasbahs.

Ouarzazate - Post-lunch, the journey proceeds to Ouarzazate, with an option to visit the Atlas Studios and Taourirt Kasbah.

Boumalne Dades - The tour continues to the Dades Gorges through the expansive palm groves of Skoura and the rose valley along the M’Goun river. The Damascena rose, introduced to Morocco centuries ago by a Berber merchant from Damascus, blooms between April and mid-May. A detour from the main road leads up the Dades valley to the hotel, with stops to admire the stunning valley views and the unique rock formation known as “The Monkey Feet.”

Merzouga - Upon arrival in Merzouga, a short off-road journey takes travelers to the edge of the golden dunes, where camels await. Luggage is transported by a 4x4 vehicle to the camp, while travelers enjoy a scenic camel ride over the dunes, witnessing a magnificent desert sunset en route to the camp.

Merzouga - Upon reaching the destination, guests are welcomed with tea and smiles. They are shown to their comfortable private tents, complete with ensuite bathrooms and showers, to relax before dinner. After a delightful meal, a fire is lit, and a festive atmosphere ensues with musical performances by the staff and cameleers under the starry desert sky.

Midelt - The route passes through Erfoud, Errachidia, and Midelt, with a stop for lunch and photos of wild monkeys in the Cedar forests of Azrou before arriving in Fez. Travelers are then dropped off at their accommodation.
