Brilliant experience - Brilliant experience, great communication from operator which included WhatsApp messages day before regarding pick up and 10 minutes before pick up.Arrived to coffee, tea and cake then watched balloon being inflated, got into the basket with help of steps and helpers which was a great help to my wife who feared about getting into basket. Captain Holger who was our balloon pilot was fantastic who was very informative and entertained us during the take off and flight and made everyone included he also shared a link for everyone to access photos taken remotely during flight. The views were spectacular and also included seeing the sun rise over the Atlas Mountains, our landing was very smooth and then again helped by the team to exit basket and then taken back to base where a breakfast was waiting for us was then taken back to original pick up.Would highly recommend this trip to anyone due to communication from operators, safety and for the fantastic flight and views.

What a fabulous find! - It really was a magical, amazing, trip of a lifetime. The whole booking was smooth from start to finish. We were contacted via whats app to make all the arrangments for collection, timings and details of the driver and vehicle that would collect us were shared with us the day before our flight. We were collected at 6.30am, the drive was fine, we collected others on the way but were in the desert within 45 mins of collection. The refreshements on offer were lovely and all staff were so kind and hospitable. Our pilot Holger was amazing, really engaging and good fun. He really did make the experience even more special. he also had a trainee pilot with him, who was also really good fun too, although i forgot his name. The balloon ride was smooth, relaxing, magical, and just nothing like we've ever done before. When we returned to the ground the breakfast was delicious, lots of local homemade. freshly prepared food on offer with as much coffee, tea and water as you would like. We also paid a little extra for a local drone pilot to prepare a video of the experience, which again really was worth it. He sent it over we transfer for download on the same day and the footage was fabulous, set to amazing music and something to treasure (and prove that we really were that high!). All in all the company is well ran, organised, has super health and safety and we would highly recommend. 5 stars for sure!

Unmissable sunrise experience! - Amazing experience, well worth it on our short stay in Marrakech. Picked up at hotel exactly on time as confirmed by what’s app the day before by our friendly driver, along with other passengers. Safely driven to site. (About 50 mins for us (one other up pick up along the way) we were welcomed and greeted on arrival and served hot mint tea or coffee and a slice of cake. It was chilly and we had to remove our shoes to go into the tent area so wrap up warm, easy on/off shoes recommended. We then watched the balloon being inflated. One thing other reviews don’t mention is how to get in to the balloon! They provide steps so it isn’t too difficult. I was a bit worried I would struggle. Captain Holger was fantastic. Very experienced (20 years) funny and instantly puts anyone with nerves at ease. There is a large team involved and they all are very professional. We did have a little bit of a bumpy landing due to wind on the ground and tipped over but we were well prepared and felt totally safe. No one was hurt, in fact we all laughed. The team all helped us safely and swiftly out and if anything it made the experience even more fun. After some chat and photos we all got back in the cars and headed back for a lovely breakfast together. Then around 10am we were taken back to the hotels again. It really was a fabulous experience not to be forgotten. The views were undoubtedly the best bit!!

A wonderful intro experience for a short trip to Marrakesh! - I had a wonderful time with this experience! The pickup was on time, the breakfast inside the tent was an amazing experience (while they were setting up the balloons), and everyone was extremely kind and generous. The captain and his co pilot were also amazing hosts with good music and perfect interactions with the guests. I really appreciate the driver taking a video and sending it to us on WhatsApp as well (even though they were also offering a paid version). I highly recommend this experience as everyone went above and beyond.

Epic must do experience - We were picked up on time and whisked away to a Berber house with tent type exclosure for mint tea. We were offered a drone filmed personal video for 400 dirham which we declined - no pressure sell. It was still dark and quite cold but we warmed ourselves around the fire camp while we waited for a few minutes while people refreshed themselves before heading off to our balloon. We meandered through the desert passing many balloons and eventually arrived. After negotiating the difficult climb into the basket (they do have steps to help) the pilot introduced himself and explained about what lay ahead. He was so friendly and with good humour. We took off and soon after pilot told us sun was about to rise over the Atlas Mountains. He turned the balloon a full 360 so that everyone got great photos/video - unforgettable. And To see all the Berber villages from above and all the other balloons in sky was magnificent. After approximately 40 minutes we started to descend and pilot explained the landing procedure. This was exhilarating as many men on the ground grabbed the basket to stop it, including tying it to a jeep! A truly spectacular experience is an understatement. We were then taken by transport back for Berber breakfast with mint tea. I was not expecting much but it surpassed my expectations - a lovely selection of breads, pancakes, fruit, honey and oil. Wonderful. I highly recommend this trip

Memories for a lifetime :) - We went on this balloon ride this morning. It was one of the best experiences of my life! I was initially a little scared of the idea of going up in a hot air balloon but soon realised the experience is very calming and peaceful. The driver picked us up from our hotel and took us to the place we would take off from. We had some tea and cake before departure. One tip I would give would be to wear warm clothing: hats, gloves, jumpers, coats etc. It is very cold that early in the morning in the desert. You warm up as soon as you take off from the heat coming from the fire burners. The ride itself was so smooth. The views were spectacular. The driver told us interesting facts about driving a balloon and the area. When we came down, we had a breakfast of fruit, egg, breads, honey and olive oil. We were taken back to the hotel full of the joys of life! :)

Must do Hot Air Balloon Flight when in Marrakech - Picked up from the hotel, driven out to the desert, took the balloon flight. The Captain was very good experienced, and a lovely person. The family loved it. Only comment, could have been picked up earlier to get the earlier flight before sunrise. Otherwise, excellent service and experience.

Fantastic experience but book 6am if want sunrise flight. - Fantastic experience as first time in a hot air balloon - felt safe 1km in the air with wonderful views across to the Atlas Mountains. But beware timings shown on Tripadvisor - they bear no relation to hotel pick up times or flight times. We booked the 7 am option in advance knowing that sunrise was at 8-30 am. Dream Balloons then advised the day before that pickup from the hotel was between 7-45 & 8-15. When we queried if it was early enough we were advised we should have booked the 6am option. We were picked up at 8-15 am and luckily arrived in time to see the sunrise with all the balloons in the air - what a sight! We were airborne for the second flight of the day from 9-30 for an hour and had breakfast on landing. The options should be ‘Sunrise’ and ‘daylight’ as times are variable and seemingly irrelevant.
