Balloon trip - A great experience. From booking to final drop off. Everything was hassle free. Well organised. Excellent communication. Very friendly staff. The actual flight experience was excellent. The pilot was very engaging (and very professional). Overall a great experience, and would definitely recommend this company.

Top of the list of things to do - Great time, well organized, safe and fun. Worth getting the drone footage too! It was a great way to spend the morning and get out of the city center to see the Atlas Mountains, desert and surrounding landscape of Marrakesh

Must-do experience! - Excellent trip. Picked up from our hotel at 5.30am in a mini-bus. 45 minute drive to take-off area. Cup of tea/coffee before getting on board. Fantastic experience, even including the ‘hard landing’. Mini-bus back to the take off spot for a nice breakfast and then driven back to the hotel for 10.30am. Must-do experience.

Magical - we’ll never forget - thanks Captain Holger - An experience I will never forget! Despite being scared of heights, I wasn’t scared in the slightest. Watching the Moroccan sunrise at 3,500 feet is a scene like no other! It was magical and beautiful A huge credit to captain Holger for making the experience even more enjoyable, his funny whit and informative approach was brilliant. Breakfast after the flight was joined by Captain Holger, he’s a really cool guy and really interesting! He really made the experience even better We will never forget it, and highly recommend the experience! Thank you so much!

Best experience - Incredible experience! Recommend to go on a cloudy day, as the balloons fly over the clouds. This makes the experience even more unique!

Memories for a lifetime - I don't know where to begin with how incredible this experience was. The planning of the trip itself was perfect. We had clear communication from the trip organiser prior to us going. They arranged for pick up from near our Riad. When we arrived to the area with the hot air balloons, we were greeted with some lovely Moroccan tea and cake which really hit the spot. We then went on the balloon with our wonderful pilot Holger. The ride itself was magical and it was a good amount of time. We saw some beautiful scenery of the mountain and desert. Holger had an amazing playlist on during our ride and he took extra care in thinking about the extra details e.g. taking pictures for us and being mindful of everybody getting to see the sunset by rotating the balloon around. It was the little things like this that made the ride extra special. The rest of the staff were so warm and had lovely friendly smiles the whole time which made us feel very happy to be there. We even got to the pull on the burner ourselves at the end. After the ride we had a lovely breakfast with plenty of food. I am so thankful to everybody who made this experience so unforgettable!

Fantastic early morning flight - From start to finish it was brilliant. Driver picked up on time and with a complimentary text to say "here!" Mint tea and cake watching the balloons being unpacked and blown up, and away we go. The captain give us all a saftey breif and up we went. The views were amazing, atlas mountains and surrounding areas. Touch down was smooth and well coordinated with the ground crew. Then it was a traditional breakfast and back to the hotel. Fantastic from start to finish.

This morning was a little... - This morning was a little bit windy so the operators were not able to fill the balloon properly. We were the only ones that were unable to fill the balloon. Every other company was able to fly except us. It was my birthday so it was a shame. I relayed to the operator that I would be leaving the next day so I would prefer the refund and the worker said “good”. Very rude and not sympathetic for my wasted time on my special day. To be safe book with other companies that know what they are doing to ensure your time will not be wasted.
