Great experience. - This was really beautiful, the driver the tour guide all were very professional. Had a great laugh. The boat ride is a nice touch. Sit at the front if you'd like to get wet.

Excursion to the Ouzoud top waterfall! - A superb day accompanied by Sadok and Mourad who drove us to Ouzoud.
A very pleasant visit that I highly recommend.
Excursion to do absolutely if you come to maroc.

Amazing trip - The trip was amazing. It is a long journey from Marrakesh however there were 10-15mins breaks every hour and the bus was also comfortable with air conditioning. The guide was friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hike was actually not difficult, not slippery, but you need to have the right footwear. Many little souvenir shop along the way to the waterfall and you can also feed the monkeys and take photos with them. If you want, you can swim in the waterfall, they give you 10-15minutes which is more than enough as it is very cold but it’s worth it! We also had lunch with a nice view. Everything was well organised and I can only recommend this trip with this company! 5 star 🌟 Thank you

Views a gift of nature for sight and life, do not miss it, unforgettable. - The fantastic Yousef driver and good driver, the lovely Zoubir guide, polite and always attentive to your needs, the great trip air conditioning and wifi, cheaper than other travel companies, recommended 100%

Great day out at Ouzoud Waterfall - Highly recommend Ouzoud waterfalls for a day trip when visiting Marrakesh
Sadok our friendly and insightful tour guide made the experience even more memorable.
The views of the waterfall was incredible and would recommend the trip to anyone.

Beware steep climb - It wasn't stated anywhere about an hours walk down which was fine only 5 mins on a boat not really a boat ride just upto waterfall and back really busy but a really steep step climb all the way back my friend really struggled should be mentioned

Great falls, terrible communication. - We booked before we travelled to Marrakesh, we specifically selected ENGLISH SPEAKING GUIDE as we knew were were travelling 3hours outside of the city to get to the falls and didn't want any translation issues. The day before the trip we received a whatsapp msg from the guide with some information saying he spoke french and Spanish, I assumed english as well, as the message was in English... wrong. He didn't speak any English at all, and had to communicate via google translate via whatsapp. We had issues from the start at the meeting point, couldn't find the minibus, or the guide. Turned out the guide had asked us our names, and yet didn't think to tell us he was our actual guide, so they left without us. i had to go back to the riad to connect to wifi to call them and ask where they were, they eventually came back to get us. We then spent the entire trip with no one telling us any info, when we arrived at Ouzoud a different guide took over, he spoke a little english, between him and a portugese man they managed to translate the information for us to learn some bits about the waterfalls, and the berber people there. The waterfalls itself are stunning, absolute must see, but just be cautious that you might not get an English speaking guide, so could be awkward if you want to learn anything about the place you are visiting.
