Very nice exit - Very nice exit to the Ouzoud waterfalls. The very positive points of the exit: The new minibus with usb plug to charge laptops and wifi connection, and especially the 2 Mohamed: The first driver of the minibus, and the second our escort/guide. The 2, adorable and speaking (among others) French! For me the negative point of the excursion is the fact that for lunch we are taken to a beautiful restaurant without asking too much our opinion. Fortunately we do not have to go and so we had the chance to discover a very small restaurant "La Belle Etoile" run by 2 charming ladies and who served us a full meal for only 50 IHL/p!!!

Excellent Tour - Amazing day trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls! Everything was very well-organized, and Mohammad, our guide, was excellent—professional and friendly. Great views and a seamless experience. Highly recommend!

Rewarding and fun experience. - Very complete excursion, with pick up near the Riyadh, guide on the waterfalls and boat ride. Our driver (Zinbi Mohamed) super punctual and friendly, comfortable vehicle and with services like wifi. Definitely a unique experience and a transfer to the very special place.

A bit okay - It was an amazing experience, the tour guide was good, but the walk 🚶 from the waterfall to the top was terrible, my advice to anyone who is not fit, do not undergo this exercise. 😎

Ozoud waterfalls Marrakech - Very good experience, a place you must see if in Marrakech. The place is amazing and the food as well. Didn't expect tk see monkeys here but they are amazing.

Great waterfall and nice lunch - Waterfall lived up to expectations but boat ride was only a few minutes long. Enjoyed the lunch - vegetarian Berber omelette. Joining arrangements a bit confusing - several messages with different info and pick up bus not labelled as expected. Fine for us, but no warning about steep and uneven pathways which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful landscape but poor organization - The landscape is really worth it, the place is beautiful and the experience is unforgettable. However, our experience with Click Excursion on this tour has not been good in terms of organizing the guide who was waiting for us in the Cascades, did not provide his phone number for any urgency (which if they have done other guides of the same company with which we have done other excursions). When doing the boat trip, which we did in turns, he gave no indications on where to wait when getting off the boat, we waited and got lost because we did not know where he had gone, the guide followed the excursion without us, we were approximately 40 minutes lost, going up and down steps without being able to contact the guide because we did not have his phone, however, he did have our data, including our phone number which he did not even use to send us a message and know where we were. I was forced to contact the company who responded half an hour later and contacted the driver (Kamal) who is different from the guide and went on our search telling us where we could eat while the guide appeared. We are very grateful to Kamal, he was very kind, the other guide apologized and tried to make the rest of our experience positive but the truth is that we had a hard time when we got lost and I consider that the guide did not act responsibly. If you decide to go on this tour I recommend going very carefully so that the same thing does not happen again.

No guide required - The waterfall is stunning but if your travelling to it from Marrakesh it’s a very long way to see it your 4 hours each way in bus and abit bumpy ride. Personally I wouldn’t recommend doing it with a guide here as we were getting rushed along and felt we couldn’t fully appreciate it but we got taken to a place for lunch and some of us didn’t want to eat but we had about 90mins waiting on others and then when we got back to the bus the driver was nowhere to be seen so had to wait on them. I’d say the guide was terrible we had his name was Mohammad and personally if you were to do the waterfalls I’d say just pay for transport the rest you can do on your own. It doesn’t take long to walk to the waterfall so if you have yourself few hours that would be more than enough

Nothing recommended - They canceled my field trip the night before. In addition, I have not been able to get the money paid back, despite having made a lot of claims. Don't contract with them, anything advisable.
