Excellent stay in Zanzibar - We spent 5 days in Zanzibar and Wonder Tanzania Tours that was recommended to us organized 4 outings: Visit a spice farm followed by a visit to Stone Town, swimming and barbecue on the beach in Nakupenda, snorkelling in Mnemba, barbecue then swimming with turtles in Nungwi and finally going out to sea to swim with dolphins in Kizimbaki and walking in Mtende.
Accompanied by Issa our Guide for all outings, who is really great, attentive, super interesting in his explanations and little care with us. It is really exceptional and has made our stay unforgettable. Many thanks also to Mohamed our driver, super friendly and always hyper punctual, a treat to have been accompanied by this team.
I recommend 100% Wonder Tanzania Tours, go ahead with your eyes closed, they are on Trip Tip, feel free to ask for Issa and you may not be disappointed.

Life time Safari Experience with knowledgeable safari guide - We chose the 3 day safari at selous game reserve with Halisi African Adventures and stayed at Ngalawa Camp, The team came to pick us up at the hotel at dar es salaam and drove us there. They were amazing! We didn't have to think about anything all was cared for. We had an excellent cook that planned delicious meals and pack lunches. We got to see hundreds of impalas and giraffes, some zebras, hippos, wild beast, lions and more. Loads of birds too. We loved our experience! The team spoke very good English and everything was perfectly on time.
We were thrilled! and we definitely recommend Halisi African Adventures.

Worth Going Out of Your Way - This was our third safari in Tanzania and about our 20th in southern/eastern Africa. We started in the north (Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater) and then made our first visits to Selous and Ruaha. Despite visiting during a particularly wet period, we had a wonderful visit to Selous. We had excellent encounters with painted dogs and lions during our game drives and saw the usual plains game of giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, etc. The wet conditions did limit our ability to access some of the areas of the reserve but all-in-all it still provided excellent game viewing. Our boat excursion on the Rufigi River was fun but somewhat limited by the extremely high flood waters. We still managed to see quite a few birds and hippos, but very little else during the boat trip. If you are planning to visit Tanzania for a safari, I would definitely recommend including 2-3 days to visit Selous but you might want to schedule during the dry months (June-October).

Wonderful 4day Safari in Selous and fantastic stay at Kulinda camp - We have enjoyed the most wonderful experience seeing so many animals and birds with our amazing guide Steven from Kulinda camp. Everyone at Kulinda was professional, kind and welcoming. The dinners were absolutely delicious. The views over the river, a very comfortable “tent” and having animals all around was an incredible experience.
We were cared for so well. We had two full day safaris, a boat safari and a walking safari which in the reserve early morning was magical. We had the most memorable trip thanks to Sulman and all his team and would definitely recommend a visit to Kulinda
