Amazing experience at Mikumi National park with Yetu Safari - My colleagues and I were in Dodoma for a work trip and decided to do a budget safari to the Mikumi National Park. We found Yetu Safaris after so many searches for an affordable but an adventurous experience. Grayson, our tour guide and driver was very welcoming and patient . He offered to pick us from our tented lodge and dropped us back. He also worked with us to create a schedule for the day trip and included breaks for breakfast and lunch. He had an excellent experience and knowledge about the national park and the animals. He was in no hurry at all. In all we had an amazing experience at the park and was intrigued about the beautiful wildlife, hippos, elephants, tigers, zebras, giraffes, some beautiful birds and butterflies, among many others. We were more than satisfied with the service provided and would definitely recommend Yetu safari to anyone looking for a great experience in Mikumi or anywhere else.

Well-planned-out safari Tour in Mikumi - Early bird gets the worm sums up the experience we had with yetu safaris. We were a group of 4 going from Morogoro to Mikumi NP. We went from 5:30 pm and after a 1,5 hour safe drive we experienced a well-planned-out safari, with all the stops we needed. We were professionally guided through the surrounding area of NP HQ and saw all the animals we expected and a lot more. We had ordered a tour without food, and was shown benches and tables, at our break stops, from where we could enjoy our brought along food. We were pleasantly surprised to find out Greyson from yetu had a mini fridge with water bottles for us in the car. All in all a very satisfying experience.

UNBEATABLE DAY TRIP - My father and I recently ventured Mikumi National Park with Grayson from Yetu Safaris. We had a tight budget, but this company is by far the least expensive in the Morogoro area. Grayson picked us up from our hotel on time and with a very warm smile. I am very wary of the dangers of the road in Tanzania, but Grayson drove very cautiously and I felt safe at all times. The advantage of choosing Yetu is that you have the entire car to yourself, whereas we saw many other companies with 2-3 parties in the same vehicle. Grayson was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, willing to answer questions, and patient when we asked to stay immersed in the zebra herd for a while. He also knew the best spots to find the more elusive animals. We look forward to choosing this company again and hope you do the same! Doug & Thomas
