Far exceeded expectations - Prior to coming to Mallorca we were looking for an authentic experience rather than standard tourist traps- we were lucky and found the Mallorcan cooking class with Carina. We had such a wonderful evening preparing fresh fish and vegetables, then seeing the extensive cooking process in action. Dinner was fantastic, with a gazpacho prior to the paella. Beverages flowed all evening. We had such an amazing time that when Carina offered a guided e-scooter tour the next day we decided to give it a try. I’ll admit I was not that excited about it, but my travel companion really wanted to do it so I decided to go for it. I had a rough start, I’m not very coordinated so it took me a bit to get the hang of it, but Carina was very patient and I never in felt rushed or like she was advancing before I was ready. I ended up really enjoying the experience and would absolutely recommend it. If you’re looking for something different on your vacation, give this company a look.
