Great Day Trip from Arusha - The hike was so beautiful and the coffee tour was informational and fun! Baltazary was a great guide! The hot springs are incredible! We went on a Monday and it was almost empty. Highly recommend doing this tour through Safari Soles with Baltazary!!

Amazing Experience – Nature & Culture Combined! - My visit to Materuni Waterfalls and the coffee tour was absolutely unforgettable! The hike to the waterfall was refreshing, with stunning views of lush greenery and fresh mountain air. The waterfall itself was breathtaking, a perfect spot to relax and take in nature’s beauty. The coffee tour was equally amazing! The local guides were knowledgeable and engaging, showing us the entire coffee-making process from bean to cup. Grinding and roasting coffee traditionally was a fun and immersive experience. The hospitality of the Chagga people made it even more special. Overall, this trip was a perfect blend of adventure, culture, and relaxation. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Arusha!

Full and varied day - Do you like to discover and enjoy typical local moments? This day is for you. Waterfalls, coffee production and hot springs of Kilimanjaro a very good refreshing trio. Our guide William, smiling kindly and interesting. We are happy to have shared this excursion with him. Our driver Finian, available, attentive and caring. We shared a great day with him. You can leave them a tip/tips without hesitation because it is deserved. Justin the manager of coffee production and his team made us a small show of 10 minutes (I would say no more to let you discover for yourself) it was great. Guests can buy bean/ground coffee as well as cocoa. Tip: if you have to buy souvenirs, don’t buy them from the people you will meet along the dirt road that leads to the waterfalls. Buy from Justin's shop. On the food side, the restaurant that works with the coffee bar is amazing. We enjoyed it. The travel time was a bit long for my taste nevertheless I do not regret this day.

Beautiful - Beautiful setting, beautiful walk. The guide could tell a lot about nature, the trees, fruits and everything. It was beautiful to hear and see the waterfall. Also the visit to the coffee plantation, grinding coffee ourselves and eating there was a beautiful experience where we had a lot of Pleasure thinking back. Tanzania is much more than just safari

More than your typical tour - This had to be one of the best tours i’ve been on! It’s all it promises and more, had this tour with Baltazary. He made this tour a 100 times better. You will see the best views and if you’re lucky enough you’ll have a great guide like Baltazary who took the BEST photos. You will learn a lot about the culture, meet their great people & eat great food. Definitely recommended

Nice but... - The walk to the waterfall is easy and beautiful nature with nice view on Kilimanjaro. The guide was kind and excellent (thanks again Frank) and told us a lot about nature (fruits, plants). The Coffee visit was nice (sympathic team). Food was OK (really traditional). Important detail not mentioned in the description is that the hot spring is not in the same area. It can take up to 4h to go there and be back. We skipped the activity. Budget is a bit high considering this.
