Embark on a 7-day Kilimanjaro climb via the Rongai Route and experience diverse climate zones, stunning views, and the chance to see Mount Kilimanjaro from both sides.
Rongai Gate (1950m) – Simba Camp (2600m).
Simba Camp - After breakfast, transfer to Rongai Gate and begin your trek through lush pine forests to Simba Camp, where you’ll start seeing wildlife such as colobus monkeys.

Simba Camp to Second Cave
Simba Camp - Continue trekking with views of Kibo Peak and the Kenyan plains. Reach Second Cave Camp, where the landscape becomes more rugged and open.

Trekking Time: 5-6 hours
Second Tarn Cave (2600m) – Kikelewa Cave (3600m).
Kikelewa Cave (3600) – Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4330m).
Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4330m) – Kibo Hut (4700m).
Summit Attempt, Kibo Hut (4700m) – Uhuru Peak (5895m) – Horombo Hut (3720m).
Horombo Hut (3720m) – Marangu Gate (1980m). - Moshi
Marangu - A final descent through the rainforest to Marangu Gate. This is also final day with your crew so tipping is highly recommended on this day.
After receiving your summit certificate, transfer back to Moshi for a well-deserved rest.

The journey commences from the Rongai gate, crossing diverse climatic zones, each presenting its unique breathtaking scenery and experiences. Kilimanjaro’s grandeur accompanies you throughout the initial part of the trek, and as you ascend, you are graced with captivating views culminating in a panoramic view from Uhuru Peak’s summit.
Since the descent follows the heavily frequented Marangu route, this trek provides an opportunity to view Mount Kilimanjaro from two different perspectives, and to witness almost all that this extraordinary and scenic region offers.
