Wonderful Experience - Moshi We had booked a stay at Moshi with Zafs tours. We had a great experience from planning the itinerary and execution. The car was excellent. Our driver was very efficient. We visited the Mutrueni Waterfalls, Chemka hotsprings. Mr Burhan suggested we visit Serval Wildlife Reserve on our way back from Moshi on the way to Kilimanjaro Airport. We had an amazing experience. Mr Burhan and his team were very prompt and would definitely recommend them for anyone traveling to Tanzanian

Exploring Moshi with ZAFS - Hello, I just returned from a 3 day trip to Moshi, Tanzania organized by ZAF Tours and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the onset planning stage to the very end, staff at ZAF Tours were polite, friendly and prompt in their replies. They provided sufficient information at all times leaving no room for uncertainty or confusion. They tailored our travel plans meticulously to suit our preferences and needs. Upon arrival to Moshi, ZAFs welcome was warm and on time. Their drivers and guides were always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with as they shared their knowledge about Moshi town and significance of various tribes and cultures. We visited Masai Village, Materuni Waterfalls with the coffee tour (my favorite), Serval Wildlife and Chemka Hot Springs (kids favorite) in the three days we were there. At each excursion, the guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and truly entertaining. Bony and his colleagues made our experience at Materuni Falls and the coffee tour unforgettable. His demonstration on how coffee is planted and harvested was informative, and the process of grinding and roasting the coffee was so entertaining - it felt like we were at a party - it was truly an unforgettable experience! If you are planning to visit Tanzania, I would highly recommend ZAF tours as they provide impeccable service to their clients. Their commitment to client care and providing a unique, one of a kind experience sets them apart. Zaf Tours have gone out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and taken care of 24/7 while we were in Moshi - this included, constant check-ins from Huzaifa and also taking care of our dinner and transportation during after hours - which was well beyond our expectations. My next goal is to venture onto Kilimanjaro which I look forward to planning with ZAFS Tours without hesitation.

A very good tour operator based in Moshi - We had a really nice 'Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Plantation' tour with ZAFS from Moshi. Good organization, good price and a friendly and well  English-speaking tour guide. We can really recommend ZAF.
