Morning yoga - I attended the morning yoga at Catogarden. I checked the availability via WhatsApp. I've got a quick answer and I booked my session online. The yoga session was excellent, Runhild was very kind and considerate of all the participants. It was a great start to the day. You just have to be there, everything else is provided.

Lovely experience - Great trip around Reine. We were lucky enough to have a good group people of similar skill level so the tour guide, Veronika, adjusted this accordingly and we went a little further. Good amount of time to be out kayaking. Also nice to be in a sit-in kayak to avoid sunburnt legs!! Veronika's instructions were very clear and she had good tips for kayaking. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed her tales of Lofoten! She also took some great photos and sent them to us straight after the trip.

More staff needed to help on this tour - We were disappointed with this tour - and we do not blame our guide Marco, who had been on this job for only a month. As former kayak tour operators ourselves, we felt the management has missed the opportunity to make this a much better experience. For starters, there was nobody to support the guide who initially thought we had only 5 guests. 4 more people just 'turned up' unexpectedly so Marco kept having to take time to prepare more boats. Meanwhile the conditions were deteriorating rapidly. The time taken getting all the kayaks to the launch area meant the pressure was on for the guide. The forecast turned out to be wrong and we paddled in terrible wind (nobody's fault) but for Marco this just added more stress. We had to return to base earlier than planned due to the strong winds and we felt for the inexperienced paddlers. It was tough. To then have to lift the kayaks out and take them back to base didn't leave the guests with happy memories. Better communication to the guide, some additional support for him - and the guests - would have softened the blow. Why not have the kayaks ready before guests arrive and have staff yo help after the tour? Sorry to post this review but the buck stops with management. No guide should have to manage 9 guests alone in bad conditions.

WeRoad not happy - **English:** My kayaking experience was pleasant, but with some improvable looks. The extraordinary view certainly made the hike memorable, but this credit goes all to nature. The organization, unfortunately, has some shortcomings. The raincoats provided were not entirely effective against the rain, and the staff were neither particularly proactive nor attentive to the needs of the participants. In addition, no information was provided about the fjords, which could have enriched the experience. Finally, despite the bad weather and doomed to worsen, the guides took us out to sea, prolonging the return and adding some extra effort to the adventure. In summary, the landscape was the most appreciable element of this hike. --- **English:** My kayaking experience was enjoyable, though there were a few areas for improvement.
