Awesome experience - Very cool and fun tour! And we saw SO MANY humpback whales all around the boat! It was great learning about all kinds of marine animals from the biologists on board, too!

Great morning on the bay! - Our naturalist was knowledgeable and kind. Saw many pods of humpbacks. Quite the experience! Staff were friendly and helpful. Even if we hadn’t see all the wildlife, it still would have been a great day. Cooperative weather and sea conditions were also helpful!

Best Whale Watching tour on the Monterey Bay - This is our second time taking a Sea Goddess Whale watching tour, and it was just as great as the first time! We saw so many humpbacks, so many seals rafting together, as well as some Orca's being harassed by a group of humpbacks which was fascinating to observe! The boat was spotless, the crew was super nice and knowledgable.

Looking a humpback whale in the eye. - We saw a small killerwhale family with two small ones, but what made the strongest impression on me was watching two humpback whales that inspectied us up close. They were amazing!

Excellent tour - We picked this operator from the ratings and we weren't disappointed. Juliette our guide was very knowledgeable and kept us informed of what to look for and the different types of behaviour the whales were demonstrating. There were so many it was difficult to know where to look first. At least 20 humpback with plenty more sealions and the occasional sea otter. We even had a couple of whales come and check out the boat and swim alongside for a while. The captain was great at keeping the boat near enough to see the whales, but a respectful distance away. He even stopped on the way back as there were a few breaching in the bay. Perfect day. Thank you

Amazing experience - We had a wonderful trip. We were able to see multiple whales and enjoyed the crew's knowledge of the area and the information about the whales. The boat managed the waves well and it was not crowded. Really good experience

Definitely Worth It!! - I was skeptical about going. I've gone on two dolphin watching tours in Florida and seen exactly zero dolphins so I didn't have high hopes to see any whales. Holy wow was I excitedly surprised! According to our Naturist, we saw at least 21 humpback whales! The majority of them gently broke the surface, expelled their blow, and dove back under, showing their tails. But we were privileged to see a great show of some full jumping, water slapping fun on the way back to the docks. We also saw seals, sea lions, tons of birds, and jelly fish. The Naturists and Captain were terrific and did their best to maximize our time on the water for the best viewing experience possible.

Good luck with customer service, accessibility, or response! Horrible experience. Didn't even make it on the boat! - Wheelchair accessibility is A JOKE! AND, they include this information buried deep in their website (good luck finding it). They don't have anything for 'accessibility'. We have elderly parents who need extra assistance, don't even think about these people accommodating. They just won't! Our big problem was that after we purchased the tickets ($400), we realized that our parents couldn't even get on the boat. Because of their lovely (no refund) policy, we couldn't get a refund - even though we had no idea they couldn't accept wheelchairs. Summing it all up: Customer Serivice - horrible, Accessibility - horrible, refund for their lack of transparency - horrible - cost us $400! Honestly, I've taken this cruise 2-3 times before and enjoyed every minute but this really put me over the edge. WE WILL NOT BE BACK! PURCHASER: BEWARE!!!!!

Bad service no one answer the call on - My mom and aunties was guided to their location, showed reservation and ticket to the staff, they didn’t speak English, had me to call in on my mom’s phone to helped them check in. The staff laid at my face said my tickets was not for this company and try to send them away. They almost missed the boat ride. Not recdmmmded. I wanted my partial refund for his bad service. Thankfully someone on the street stepped in and argue with the staff, she finally admit those ticket are their ticket.
