A lovely day - Our driver, Pero, took very care of us. He was always punctual (early actually), friendly and informative, and a safe driver. His recommendations for local food (restaurants and bakery) were spot on.

Terrible experience with this agency - At the agency when we booked the tour, we asked twice if we could bring our DNI because we were Chilean and they told us that yes, we asked for a tour in Spanish, since we don't speak English much. Upon arriving at the indicated time, we met a guide who did not have our names and who took a while to contact the agency to raise the issue. There they referred us to our passport, we indicated that they had told us from the agency that the DNI could be obtained. , but we could go get our passport because we were 5 minutes away, this was at 6:55, the guide made us wait the whole time and didn't let us go get it and kept telling us to wait and the moment the bus arrived and The passengers were getting on, he told us we can't go and that we can't wait either, he doesn't give us any further argument and he even leaves with our paper for paying for the tour, at the same time the driver spoke to us in another language with an aggressive tone and closing the door in the face, without explaining the situation. The guide at all times demonstrated her inability to resolve conflicts, not very assertive, disorganized, no empathy and poor stress management, disrespectful, her Spanish was very poorly understood, even though the tour was with a Spanish guide, which made it even more difficult. that she could coherently respond. As for the agency, knowing that we were Chileans and that we personally consulted about the passports, they told us that there was no problem with us carrying ID and in that case we had no way of doubting the veracity of their response, given that it apparently proved to be an agency. serious, experienced and professional, which we were wrong about. The final answer that the agency gives us is that it is our fault for not bringing our passport and that they will not return anything, even though they gave us something else at the agency. Clearly, this situation shows us that this agency does not take passengers seriously, provides late responses and does not take responsibility for what they indicate verbally. Furthermore, the professionals and officials who are in charge and work in this agency are very far from being able to provide a quality, serious and efficient service.
