Great day, great guide! - We had a brilliant day in Mostar and Kravica with a surprise short tour of Mostar from a fabulous guide, Dzenan! His knowledge on Bosnia and Herzegovina was incredibly informative, emotive and eye opening! We enjoyed walking through the streets of Mostar and the waterfalls were beautiful! I great trip and would highly recommend.

Excellent trip and service - Carlos was brilliant. He had vast knowledge of the regions that we travelled through. We enjoyed listening to him tell us the history and general knowledge of each town we passed through...Carlos helped us learn about Mostar, which really added to our experience. And Carlos went above and beyond the call of duty...I fell and hurt my ankle ( turns out,I have a hairline fracture on my ankle from the fall)... Carlos took me safely to hospital, helped me find who to talk to and ensured my husband and I were safe. Carlos you're a superstar...we thank you so much .👍👍

Dzenan, an amazing tour guide. - I fully recommend this tour!!! We we're collected from our hotel exactly on time then travelled directly to the beautiful city of Mostar. When departing the bus, we were greeted by our guide, Dzenan. He was incredibly informative & friendly. He also constantly checked on the group as a whole to ensure everybody had a fantastic tour. The city itself was beautiful, full of life, history & fabulous food. One of the best things to do while in this area!!!

A great day. - A brilliant day. Carlos looked after us and helped with recommendations. The private tour enabled us to be together and have flexibility in our plans. We loved Bosnia. Kravice waterfalls was lovely too but quite busy. A great trip. Would recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic day trip with Carlos as host - A fantastic day trip to Bosnia. Carlos, who was both host and driver, was very nice and welcoming. He had very high knowledge of the country and came with good recommendations for restaurants. We highly recommend this trip!

Private tour - very satisfied with the deal with Carlos in Spanish, we have gone to blagaj, kravice and mostar and everything has been wonderful, 5 stars for Carlos !!!!

Mostar/Kravice Day Trip - Ivan was an exceptional guide with intimate knowledge of the area and history of Dubrovnik, Kravice, and Mostar. His suggestions throughout the trip provided an experience that gave more of a local feel of the place. Great Day out - Carlos was our driver and he was fantastic. Had lots ideas and knowledge. Everything was easy and flexible witch made our family very happy. Carlos also has a great taste in music!

Pros & Cons - Not sure why this company or Viator listed this tour as ALL FEES & TAXES INCLUDED, then the tour guide charged us 40 Euros extra to see the falls. I brought this up to our tour guide, Ivan, at the end of the tour (even showed him Viator's description from my phone) and he said if we hadn't paid, we would only be dropped off in the parking lot with no way to see the falls. WE PAID $442 for all four of us to see the falls as listed in the description, so the ticket price SHOULD HAVE been included and if not it, should have been specified in the description of this tour. Also on this 9 hour journey in 95 degree heat, we would have thought the guide would have provided us with at least one bottle of cold water each. Ivan was very nice, knowledgeable and drove well so we were very pleased with him in these aspects of the tour. The two tour destinations themselves were well worth doing and seeing, even if it was hot and a long drive away. It would have also been nice for the Ivan to tell us in advance (before we arrived in the van at Mostar) that any cigarettes or liquor that we purchased in Mostar would be confiscated at the border, not wait until we were seconds away from going through customs leaving the country! Thankfully we hadn't bought any but I would have been really PO'd at him if so. Our tour description also specified a 3 hour stay in Mostar but we were instructed to be back in 2 hours. We were given another 30 minute stop at a road side wine bar (which we had requested), that was nice but we still would have appreciated more time in Mostar since this city was the highlight of this tour. Mixed emotions about this tour. I would have left the guide a good tip and his company a 5 star review, if there wasn't so many irregularities and if we weren't charged extra for the falls.
