An overview of “ZEN” and the framework of the “ZEN” voice meditation.
Stretch and breathe: 20 minutes
Utilizing stretching and breathing techniques, participants will feel rejuvenated and enhance their breathing.
Voice work and meditation: 25 minutes
By releasing body tension and enhancing breathing, participants’ voices will start to resonate. Experience the harmony between heart and body as your voice resonates comfortably. Additionally, enjoy the delightful experience of hearing your voice blend with others.

Participants will enjoy preparing 3–4 types of seasonal Japanese traditional dishes in a simple manner.
