- South Batur - Mount Batur Camping combine with bali hiking is amazing experience an overnight camping sunset and sunrise tour on the top of mount batur volcano. A combination of trekking and camping tour to see both a breathtaking sunset and sunrise from 1717 m above the sea level. We start in afternoon at 03.00 pm to reach the place of camping at the top of batur volcano. Our team will prepare all the equipment, tent and food for your meal (banana sandwiches cooked by volcanic steam, hot tea or coffee) during enjoy the amazing sunset. After watching the sunset we will head back to the camping ground and enjoy our dinner. On full moon nights, it is incredible and on the dark moon you will be able to see more stars than you have ever seen before. In the early morning you wake up the best moment to see the sunrise from the oceans. It is the most interesting how amazing it is to watch this morning. You may have seen sunrises before on a clear day we can easily see Mount Rinjani on Lombok Island. After watching the sunrise, the hike continues and we will explore the main craters of the volcano. This hiking will also take you to the recent black lava flow and sandy ways going down.

We begin in the latter part of the day at approximately 3 pm, departing from Toya Bungkah Village, our starting point. The ascent, duration of which largely depends on the number of participants and their fitness levels, typically takes around 2 hours. Once we arrive at an altitude of 1500 meters, we will pitch our tents. As the clock strikes 6 pm, we will be prepared to behold the spectacle of the setting sun from the mountain’s highest point, 1717 meters above sea level. The journey from our campsite to the peak for viewing the sunset will take between 14 to 20 minutes. Whilst you are immersed in the serene sunset view, you will be provided with a modest meal (often volcano-steamed banana) accompanied by warm Balinese Coffee and tea.
