  • Mount Batur - The trek up and down Mount Batur spans approximately 9 kilometers. After the ascent, which may leave you feeling somewhat exhausted, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind at the Batur natural hot springs. The presence of these thermal waters is a testament to Mount Batur’s ongoing volcanic activity. Your return to the hotel will be facilitated by our driver.

ITINERARY:
1:00 am
3:00 am: You will be collected from your hotel in a private vehicle equipped with air conditioning, courtesy of our driver.
03.30 am: Upon arrival at the base, you will commence your ascent to Mount Batur’s summit.
5:30 am
6:00 am: Reach the summit of Mount Batur, which stands 1,717 meters above sea level.
6:30 am: Enjoy a mountaintop breakfast featuring banana sandwiches, cookies, eggs, fruit, and a selection of hot beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, or tea).
07:00 am: Begin the descent via a shorter or longer path around Mount Batur’s crater, based on your preference or physical condition.
08:30 am: Reach the end of the trek or the parking area.
8:45 am
11:00 am: Take time to relax and rejuvenate at the Batur Natural Hot Spring.
11:00 am: Commence the drive back to your hotel.

Please bring: A jacket, swimwear or a change of clothes for the hot spring, and a towel. Soap and shampoo will be provided.

Itinerary :

01.30 \- 03.00. Pick up at your Hotel.
04.00. Arrive at mount Batur Trekking start point (Toya Bungkah start point). Meet with your Mount Batur Trekking guide and starting the hike.
05.30 \- 06.00. Arrived at Mount Batur Sunrise view point or continue to the main peak (1.717 meter above sea level).
06.15. Breakfast service (banana sandwich, boiled egg, fruits and hot drinks).
07.00. Trip down and back to car park (if you fit enough walking the entire crater is recommended).
08.30 \- 09.00. Arrived at finish point / car park.
09.15. Visit to Batur Natural Hot Spring.
11.00. Drop you back to your hotel.

A must do! - The best treck!! Definitely a must do when visiting bali. We had Yon as our guide and he was amazing, he even wingmanned my partner to propose 💍 He made the experience so special and the photos were unreal. Thanks so much Yon!

Blissful sunrise experience with the best/most friendly driver and walking guide - Incredible experience going up the mountain for sunrise. Walk was easier than anticipated and we were up the mountain relaxing with an hour before sunrise. Stunning views and very kind and friendly driver and walking guide. Highly recommend

Rewarding hike - Amazing trek. Challenging without being too difficult. Highlights include the hot steam vents (which I've never experienced before) and our excellent guide, Jata. Friendly, courteous and very good communication throughout. Plus his photography skills were great. Highly recommend this if you fancy a challenging and rewarding hike. 5*

Superb hike with an amazing organiser. - Fantastic experience. The staff were really sweet, knowledgeable and attentive. They take excellent care of you and make it a really special trip (thank you Tana!). Would highly recommend.

Sunrise Trekking absolutely recommended - We did the sunset tour yesterday and it was just great! Our driver was on time and our local guide, Carik, was very prudent, always asked us if the pace fits, took breaks in between and basically left us which of the routes we want to go. Carik was very dedicated and also took photos for/of us. We were up between 5.30-5.40 and got one of the best places where there was also breakfast. However, it was colder than expected in the morning, so better to bring an extra sweater or win-repellent jacket or similar so that you don't start to freeze until sunrise. And don't put on shorts at all!:-) Also sturdy footwear as from 2/3 of the distance it gets quite stony and rocky. Afterwards we were still in the hot springs, which was very good after getting up early. All in all but a tour I would do again.:-)

Fabulous sunrise and great guide - We had a lovely morning, the hike was better than the hot springs for us. Donn was our guide, he was great, he went at a pace to suit us and we were at the top in good time. The bagus area was good, not too busy. Donn took some Wonderful photos of us then showed us the volcano smoke. On the way down (when it was easier to talk) he gave us lots of insight into balanise culture which we really enjoyed. He was great and we would definitely recommend using him. The spring was abit crowded for us, but good to have a dip post trek.

Bali sunrise trekking - Our tour guide was Oman and it was an amazing experience! The guide was really helpful and we really enjoyed it. We definetely recomend this experience and hope you will have Oman as a guide.

Awesome company - great trek guide Jatayu! - This trip was amazing. Although a harder trek than I anticipated (and just being less fit and ready than I thought!), one of the main highlights was our guide, Jatayu, who paced the walk perfectly, giving us stops when needed and an encouraging smile. He was great because he gave us space and quiet throughout the trek (which I really appreciated rather than having to talk a lot on the way up!), while then engaging in some really interesting discussions about Bali on the way back down, as I asked him question after question. He was just so unassuming and easygoing - it was just what we needed. He clearly works really hard for his family. His English was also great, despite him saying it wasn’t! He was so respectful and made us an awesome breakfast with coffee at the top of the mountain, while also taking endless beautiful shots and videos of us watching the sunrise, which he then transferred to us at the end. We have so many special photographed memories because of him. This guide was awesome!! Great company too who let us swap on the morning to just the trek without hot springs and didn’t charge us the difference. It was also just us and our guide. He also took us on a slightly quieter route so there not so many people.
