The most memorable experience of our holiday to Bali - With so many tours to choose from with similar packages and prices - do not hesitate in booking this company. Puta our driver was on time and got us to our destination safely. He was happy to chat and answer questions and was very friendly. Ari our guide up Mount Batur made this trip one we certainly will never forget. He was happy to go at whatever pace we chose and got us to the top nice in great time. He was also great at taking some photos for us

Serenity above the clouds - This trek was easily the highlight of the trip to Bali. Everything was perfectly organised, from hotel pick up, to the guide up the mountain and the hot springs to relax afterwards. Our guide was so friendly that instead of complaining for waking up at 4am to hike, our 6 year old was laughing and jumping both going up and down. By the end he was inviting the guide to find visit us :-). For us, it was the only time on the trip when we felt we were truly being shown around by a local, instead of being preyed on by someone trying to increase their commission. It also helped that he is somewhat of a skilled photographer. Some tips for the mountain: it is not as cold as the tourist websites say - by half way up pretty much everyone is in shorts and t-shirts. Also bring enough water. As for the view.... Spectacular. In short - highly recommended.

Great day! - We were picked up on time by Sentana, he took us to the start. Here we went up the mountain with our guide to enjoy beautiful views and a delicious breakfast. After this we went to the hot springs, Sentana showed us where to go and waited for us at the car. Great day!

Excellent hiking - One of the best hiking in my life. Guide also was perfect. Many beautiful places to hike and explore. Also there was a monkeys. Whether was good, sky was clear, sunrise was excellent

Mt butra trek - Best expereince ever. He was knowledgable and best guide for bali. We were hungry and he was very supportive and provided us best breakfast place. He was so good in giving all the guidance. He was kind and we enjoyed his conversation. car was clean and neat. Thanks for providing us trip. We will recommend for sure next time

In a word: excellent! - What a great morning. Ari was so nice and helpful. We saw the most beautiful sunrise ever! I highly recommend doing the Mount Batur Sunrise trek!!!

Good experience with the family - Great experience with an experienced and thoughtful guided tour to the top of the mountain. Driver was kind and we learnt a lot from him too. Would definitely come again.

Loved our hike and view is fabulous. - Trishna is our guide to mount batur. She is very good in guiding and helping places difficult to hike. Hike is very difficult but she made it better.
